He's complaining about all the "look at me and laugh" interviews he's done because he's promoting a lame movie about Pop Tarts. Give it a rest, Jerry. We know you like the attention, but it helps if you actually have something funny to bring to the table.

I think of that as a comedic production that was him at his best, and in this SNL bad joke we see how self-centered and desperate for acclaim he is now.

Loved the "Vlad " joke. What surprised me about it, it seems like it would be too much of an "inside" joke that very few people would get. It reminded me of the Movie "Wayne's World" when Mike Meyers tried to play "Stairway to Heaven" in a music store. A store employee came over to Meyers and pointed to a sign that said "No playing of Stairway to Heaven allowed". For guitar players, the funniest joke in the world. For anybody that didn't play a guitar, it was "Huh?".
