Ignoring whatever nonsense Rudy says, it's not that you can't get them from loose boxes, it's that it's too easy for shady sellers to go through cases getting all the hits and then selling the remaining boxes. So it's just better when buying loose Weiss boxes to just assume they are "dead".

I wonder when Rudy will understand that something being rare doesn't mean it's valuable. Revue is rare because it wasn't really wanted. And even being as rare as he wants to boast about it being, it's still under $30/box and cases under $800 and not selling. And that's after releasing just about a year ago (July 7th, 2023). Rarity and price/value are not tied together for anything.
The people who buy Weiss are not buying for financial investment. Rudy even says in the beginning that the product was straight up rejected. Weiss people are usually genuinely interested in the IP, I guess there may be some niche play groups. Mostly art and anime fans.
