How darling! Today I finally got the hang of the magic circle....yay me and then this simple little cutie came up a few minutes ago. I'm going to give it a go in a bit here. Would love to see some more from you. Thanks much for sharing!
What an AWESOME Tutorial ‼️‼️Thx Robin for showing us a great way of using up scraps ‼️‼️The Little Critters are really “cute” too & as you mentioned Great for the Little Ones to carry in their little hands❣️Loves Ya’, Barb❤️
Now isn’t this so cute? Perfect for little hands and safe too! Well you know I’m going to give this little guy a try since I love making turtles too! Awesome tutorial! Oh, and I love mixing the colors too! ❤️🦋
I have 4 prototypes all the same colors to get to this 😂 best part they are fun to make and they use up all the scraps! I think I have close to 10 now all different color combos if I wasn’t getting tired I would make more tonight, but I’m going to call it a night!
Bought your pattern from Etsy. Love the video backup. Just made my first one. Hadn't done the color change bobble stitches before. Came out pretty well for a first go. Thank you for the pattern and video. I enjoy your channel and watching you as you make your way in the world of plushies etc. Happy Easter and take care. Kyra T-M
Those turtles are so cute plus the helpful hints with the bobble stitch is very timely for me. I am just learning a pattern with bobble stitch but no explanation of a bobble stitch.
Love your video I just want to thank you so much for doing them for us. I Really enjoyed your editorial video. You are so good at doing this. Thank you so much for sharing and please please keep doing more.
Too cute! Great tutorial Robin! I am still not letting myself buy yarn until I clear more out, but I am definitely going to make a set with the TMNT colors as shells 🧡
Got it! I somehow managed to have my front bobbles too far back. I removed them and moved them up. He’s darling! Thanks again! I’ll make many more! I wanted to send you a pic but…don’t know how 😊
I just tried this but the feet were not centered with the head so they are off and the head does not look centered. Not sure why but I will try one more time and see if it works.
This is so darn cute! ❤
Thank you so much for this tutorial very informative and easy to follow

Thats a good idea. Red, orange, Blue , and Purple?
@@KnottingHookCrochet Yep! I need to find a yarn that has all 4 of those that I like plus a nice green.
@@KnottingHookCrochet I might do a brown for part of the shell too.
@@AntisocialAuntie you might have to mix brands. Check Hobbii there hunny bunny has some real nice colors. But you have to watch for sales!!
@@AntisocialAuntie the trim?
Thanks for the pattern! Mine is so very cute but he is front heavy - falls forward. I wonder what I did wrong. Any words I’d wisdom?
Mine aren't doing that. Maybe too much stuffing in the head? Did you stitch the head to the shell that might help.
I did stitch it to the shell. I’ll try again. Thanks again for the super sweet pattern ❤️
@@sharonlee4391 pack the shell pretty firmly with fill too.

What size crochet hook for your scrap buster turtles?
I used a 5 mm
What kind of gloves sorry if you have explained already I just been having cramping in hands off and on... Do gloves help??
They are copper infused arthritis compress gloves. Yes they helped me a lot. These are the kind I have amzn.to/3HAARHu
@@KnottingHookCrochet thank you so much
Love him but, where's his tail? 😜 😘
tucked away in his shell 😂you could add one.
I just couldn't resist. I've been watching you for some time now, first time commenting. Love your videos 💜. Julie Cereghin, Ohio
I just tried this but the feet were not centered with the head so they are off and the head does not look centered. Not sure why but I will try one more time and see if it works.
Could be Tension, you know how that works with these darn bobbles.
No it wasn’t tension, stitch count had to be off or I missed a stitch or something. I tried again and it worked, thanks.
Oh Good!!@@franciesjoy1269
It needs a tail.
Feel free to add one. 😊
