- ** Scratching cardboard material with my long acrylic black holographic nails. Hand stroking over cardboard and also some tapping. One plastic material too, no talking for ultimate relaxation and sleep therapy. ASMR triggers and tingles for those that like cardboard and scratching sounds. **

Thank you!! So nice to just have the gentle scratching! It’s not as popular and I know some like a more intense sound like fast tapping, but I really love the very slow, quiet tapping with gentle scratching as the primary sound!💜

Omg this sounds sooooo good. Every day in my class for 5 minutes we listen to some relaxing music to relax and have some quiet time, and last week I asked if I could play this video instead of our normal relaxing music, and now every day we watch this video!

Some things that have been making me very happy lately are that I'm going to England in a few months, I've finally stopped biting my nails and they're coming back really nicely, and I'm not struggling to find enough work this late winter like I normally do. Things are going pretty good TBH!

I think you hit it pretty much on the head with your new video. A simple scenario you could quite possibly find in real life, with your personal note.
You should also try a puzzle video!
