"break the pattern" is the easiest way to get tingles, raffytaphy does it well (srry for the bad english).

6 typhoons-if not super typhoons-were in our area; the whole province/state is flooded even the 37 metre high bridge is almost drowned, there will be no electricity for about a month which started last week and telecom towers will be down too...

The combination tapping scratching with a hollow sound underneath is spine tingling. I've got 9 bad disc in my back after listening to this video I think you fixed them all. Love you

Hi!!! I've been watching your videos religiously and your videos never fail to make me mesmerized!
Just a suggestion, could you do a tiny session of 'palate cleansing' where you randomly make sounds that are not related to the focus of trigger? I find that it's very tingly when we get used to the trigger you making and then had a tiny change and went back to the trigger you making. Not sure if you understand this hahaha.
