My question is how to make a computer accept the signals from tow mouse? As I know, only one mouse is recognized by the Windows operation. Do you mean the system dose not identify the input from which mouse?

I connected two mouses same time and it worked. You can test and make. This steering will work in game which support mouse steering.
Game i tested:- Gta san andreas, eurotruck simulator 2

Thank you Sir! I come to see that Windows can connect more than 1 mouse but the operation system is only accept one signal at a time. Actually no matter how many mouses are connected into the computer, it just regard them as a single mouse.

If you have a bad mouse it won't be great
The mose I use is great
If you want steering to be the same as in the game then change sensitivity
