The tierlist only used the top 100 rated anime of all time so many newer anime didn't make the list including Nokotan and surprisingly Frieren, which she did mention afterwards, although I don't think she mentioned Nokotan.

Not because i thought it was bad myself, but when it came out it seemed like such a promising show, and then it basically turned into an evangelion clone that had an overdose trying to have a less depressing end than evangelion. A lot of people in the community were very disappointed cause they thought the show was heading in a different direction. Also 02 was _everywhere_ so people got kinda annoyed by her
