thanks for the putting tips. I have to tell you that I have tried almost every drill tips that you have shared with your viewers and they have helped improve my game. Thank you for your patience and your knowledge of the game especially your people skills.
Good stuff Paige! I like the walk-around. My golf buddy & I would play 18 holes on the putting green after our round, minus a stroke if you didn't at least roll past the hole, winner buys the first round!!! Was always fun & relaxing.
I watched this on Saturday and played using these techniques in mind on Sunday. Even got to the course early to practice on the putting green for a bit. It may be a coincidence, but I only had 1 three-putt. And felt a lot more confident over the putter which helped me par 7 of the first 9 holes.
Thank you very much Paige. As weather improves I always find myself with a renewed commitment to improve my game. I come to your channel because you always give great direction and your putting tips are no exception. I am anxious to try out your tips on the practice putting greens :D
I can use this. I'm playing Chamber's Bay Sunday. I tend to rush my putting which is a bad thing to do on most courses. I'm going to watch this again before I play that day.
OMG, 1 potato 2 potato, it works. I tried it and my lag putting was way way better. Even put teeth 4-6 footers better. Thanks, maybe, no absolutely the best putting tip ever.
First of all, I am a pretty good putter. Playing with other amateurs on a public course we dont have time to look at every angle of the green, and we are not playing in a tournament, takes up too much time, and really slows down play. I just get behind the ball, get quick look for a rough idea of the slope, and then step up and putt the ball. All my feel for putts were done on the practice green so i know how hard to hit the putts. Object of putting is not to 3 putt no matter how long the putt which I do a pretty good job of. Your advise is good maybe to do on the practice green, but all of it is not necessary while playing.
Ah great stuff paige! Def need as many of these boot camps from you as possible! Very helpful tips and easy to understand as well! Keep up the great work!
Great tips Paige, esp establishing a routine to do every hole before you putt. I have been very inconsistent doing that so thank you for showing yours, I’ll definitely be mindful of this now! I would really like seeing a video on hitting a draw with the driver, seems to be very inconsistent with me and when I do hit one, I don’t know how I did it and be able to replicate it…lol! Thank you, you make hitting shots simplified without your explanations!
Hi Paige thank you for all the helpful tips on ⛳ always helps me to learn more about the game and how to play it right now and you look always pretty as always I watch your videos about every Thursday to learn more about it thanks again Orlando Florida
Hey Paige it’s me again from good old England 🏴 I’m not a golfer but I watch it as I do most sports however your tips on TH-cam are inspiring me to get a set of clubs and join a golf club ❤️👍🙏
I'm from Scottsdale, always look for you on Talking Stick. Love your videos, but please, please, please do a video on how to read the green. I think that's where most of us need help. The way the grain is going, grass shiny or dull, against the grain or with, whether the ball is going to go left or right, etc. Hope you can address this for all your fans that watch you. Thank you!
Everyone has something that works for them. I need to keep upper body still and shift my ankles and knees for higher percentage putting. Hey, thanks for the update and glad to see your are healthy but push up bra....not needed in your case..
I will probably feel more comfortable after I meet my bankers next week, you spend some time in New York the week after next, and then I spend 10 days in colorado.
Question for the community and hopefully Paige. I struggle when a round is slow because I can feel the people behind me waiting to shoot at the green. I can feel my golf mates anxiety for trying to rush the hole. Is there any advice on how to handle those situations where you're away and first to putt, but the round dictates that you speed up? I hope that makes sense. I am a speedy player, but I hate when people are on your heels and you feel like you don't have time to go back to the cart for the right club, or to do a proper analysis of the green. etc. Thanks!
@Rossonator Here's my two-part answer: 1. There are some things you can look for as you approach the green (i.e. general contours / slopes, distance, ponds etc) so you can actively begin your pre-shot routine, similar to what Paige showed in the video, rather than waiting to get on to the green and mark your ball before you start this process. 2. Take a deep breath and try not to rush. I'm in no way advocating slow play - rather if you rush your pre-shot routine and hit a nervy putt, you're more likely to 2-3 putt or worse (which in itself will take more time, and potentially spoil your round and enjoyment). As Paige mentions; any pre-shot routine can be done while your partners play their shots / do their routine providing you don't interfere with one another (and partially prior if you take the above in to account). Try not to get too caught up in etiquette either - if you or a playing partner is on the green and is ready to putt, even if the ball is closer, then quickly check they're happy to amend the sequence of play to help speed up the hole (providing the competition / format and playing partners permit this). On a side note; if you can't see the lie of your ball from your cart (e.g. you're in the fringe and might want to putt or chip it) then take both relevant clubs to give you the option when you get to the ball rather than having to go back to the cart. Just make sure that whichever club you don't use you leave in a clear place (e.g. edge of the green between the pin and your route back to the cart) in order to avoid leaving it behind after you've played your shot. I hope the info helps. Cheers
Paige, could you give some advice for people (like me) who get really mentally stressed/distracted during a round due to traffic/slow play/ poor etiquette? I've played for 20+ years since age 4, and beat many obstacles in my game/scoring (6 hdcp), but I haven't solved this one. 🤦
I might not be the best person to ask because I also get really annoyed with all of those things haha But I have gotten better! I'll add it to my list for a future video!
I think for the beginners it would help if you mentioned what your aiming at, so if you saw a left to right break, how much and where you would aim at.
Ahh sorry I know the intro is wrong! This is a putting video I promise haha I accidentally set it to public instead of private before fixing.
@@legion1923 Am sure she making enough already lol
I forgive you. (I would forgive you if you ran me over with your golf cart...on purpose.)
สุดยอดครับคนสวยเก่งมากๆๆนะครับ
I've been implementing a few of these techniques and trying to get into more of a rhythm when I putt. Great vid
That makes so much sense. I hate slow play but doing you routine while everyone else is putting is BRILLIANT. Thx Paige
Thank you Paige. Your smile heals me.

My favourite part about golf is when Paige releases a new video on Thursdays!
Awesome!
Looking around and start Putting. I agree to you. 👍
great tips Paige.....I'm sure this will save me 2-3-4 strokes per round...
Good stuff I can incorporate. Saw Paige play with Bryson D. and boy can she putt. Made everything.

Thanks so much for the tips! Scottsdale looks beautiful
It sure does
Need this after one of my better ball striking rounds but not much scoring due to not making putts.

Awesome. The lag putting and short putting tips were great. Thanks Paige.
Thank you for this tips!really appreciate this...
First round of the year tomorrow.. Great tips to keep your head together on the greens!
I can use this. I'm playing Chamber's Bay Sunday. I tend to rush my putting which is a bad thing to do on most courses. I'm going to watch this again before I play that day.
Some great tips, the last one really struck home.
Thank you. I am 8 handicap but inconsistent. Your videos are vety helpful. Eddie in bullhead city, az

Hi Paige, I took one of your tips for rolling my hands at impact. I can’t thank you enough. That one tip has had a huge impact on my game. Thank you!
Glad you are back. Hope the move went well.
Definitely going to try that 18 hole [putting drill.
Solid advice. Thanks!
Good advice on putting. I will try it out. Thanks

Hi Paige I'm going to try your putting suggestions. And hopefully it will improve my putting because it really sucks lol.
Great advice and practice ideas. Thank you for the video!!!
Great video Paige !!!.
Thanks, Paige! Putting is my favorite but my short game needs the work. 100 yds. and in.
We have a tendency to just line up and putt because of slow play. But I do like the pick a spot for your putting line past the ball. I like that tip👍
Great tips !
Thanks Paige good video and advice as ever,.
great toturials
Waiting for your video since morning 🥰
Great job as always Paige!!! Thanks for the tips, I always struggle with tempo on putts.
Good vid , nice clear day too 👍
I like and will definitely try the 18 hole drill! Thanks Paige!
I use your advise when I go to the break and see what direction the ball breaks. My putting has gotten a lot better.
Thanks for the excellent video.

Good information thank you

Ohh that's the way to handle those situations 😉🙂😉

One thing that has helped me, when practice putting, use only one ball, it will put you under pressure
Great video, Paige! What putter are you using? Thanks.

Love you ❤❤❤❤❤
Take it easy and calm Paige, at least you don't have a drill Sargent all over you when you're putting. Another great tip of the week. 👍🏼
