Dude great job! You not only played the song right note for note, but what I like the most is that you nailed Aaron's bass tone for that record perfectly! Great job buddy!
I used both for this video. I'll probably be switching to Amplitube because I'm becoming more familiar with it. Both are great, but Line 6 has stopped development for PodFarm as far as I know so it's going to become obsolete.
Absolutely obsessed with this bass tone.
Thanks! I work really hard on them.
This deserves a like and a subscribe
Whenever tabs suck I come here! Awesome work!
Haha thanks! That's the main reason I do these videos.
Nice job on this one, I like how you added some extra parts on this one.
Ha thanks. The song itself was pretty simple so I got a bit bored, haha.

i have that same shirt haha. sick cover you nailed it as usual
withintheruins92 Thanks! The shirt helps a lot with the tone, haha.
Fucking nice! 👏🏾
Awesome job, dude! Like your tone.
Noodle Box Thanks!
Could you do a cover of The Storm by Of Mice & Men? I love that bassline and it's super fun to play
Great cover! Did you learn guitar or bass first (as I am looking into which one to play first)
Learned bass first.
Please do Born Of Osiris: Machine
I really want to start learning bass... Any advice?
Learn from as many genres as you can to build up your repertoire. It's amazing what you can apply from jazz, samba, or blues.
What kind of distortion pedal use in this song?
I didn't use any physical distortion pedals for this song.
Hey man, what is the tuning for this? Great cover, by the way. C:
Drop A
Ceeze092 thanks man. Greatly appreciated c: hope you have a great day.
MatthewMassacre1124 No problem! Thanks for watching.
Ceeze092 no problem. I love your covers.
Do you need a 5 string bass for this guitar or not?
Alisha Hutton It's preferred if you don't want to buy thicker gauge strings and file your nut to fit thicker gauges.
Okay thanks :)
and it's not required because the bassist of OM&M uses 4 string basses (particularly, a regular Fender Jazz Bass)
He uses PRS Grainger basses, and SE Kestrel basses but your point about not needing a 5 is valid.
I was actually referring to the old bassist, Jaxin Hall.
Did you learn this by ear or are there tabs anywhere?
Yes, I learn the majority songs I upload are learned by ear.
Are using amplitube or pod farm for the tone? Which one do you recommend?
I used both for this video. I'll probably be switching to Amplitube because I'm becoming more familiar with it. Both are great, but Line 6 has stopped development for PodFarm as far as I know so it's going to become obsolete.
