Michèle!!! I’ve been holding space whenever I could since first watching this video, letting the words sink deeply. From the head to the heart… integration opens the heart ♥️ I have to agree with you, this is probably the most important video you’ve produced to date and beyond!!! If I bypass, I’ll never learn or grow, and stay stagnant until I integrate. I’ve seen many bypass, and learned what not to do. I pray for them and move forward to the next lesson. The key to so many breakthroughs is found on that journey from the head to the heart 💜 I am so excited for people to really hear the messages here and learn! I think the difference between bypassing and integration is self awareness. If you are self aware while meditating but unaware while in waking life, you miss the entire point of meditation, that point being mental clarity. Self awareness can help stop bad habits and repeating patterns from continuing.
