Hiking up Butser Hill on the South Downs Way

Here in the UK, We have a number of National Parks of which one of them in the South of England is the South Downs. Running almost the full length of the South Downs is a long distance footpath and Bridleway called the South Downs way.
Today I was walking up Butser Hill which is on the South Downs Way and also on the newly created King Alfreds Way Bikepacking route. I'm in my 50's, seriously overweight and getting up Butser Hill is a serious challenge. I'm getting back into hillwalking in an effort to lose some weight which I'll talk about in the video. There was lots of mountain bikers and bikepackers out on the route today which made me feel like I wanted to be out with them but I'd have been pushing my bike up the hill like a lot of them were anyway

Apologies for the trashy transition at 1:04 - One of the mountain bikers stopped and thought he'd watch me trying to make a film and I got all embarrassed and waited for him to leave - hence the narration is disjointed LOL. Anyone else have problems like that?

Thanks Alan, great video! I used to live near there and would hike Butser sometimes.
