    People doing the 2020 exams, you need to know about 3 prime and 5 prime, just a reminder

    there were quite a few questions on the 3' and 5' end strand in aqa new spec papers..

      yh it is but its barely mentioned in aqa textbooks

    On my aqa spec it says that we do need to know about the 3 prime and 5 prime, which I struggle with understanding. Would you be able to do a video explaining since they are really helpful

    The aqa as bio playlist is missing a lotttt of videos, I saw some in my recommended and assumed they perhaps weren't on the paper anymore but it's carbs etc and a lot more topics which are super important. Could they be added?

    IN terms of 3' and 5' not being in the spec, which spec is that? I'm on OCR A which I know is quite rare! :)

      JFD99BAD94 3’ and 5’ is on the AQA spec but im not sure about the OCR spec

      @@S.12123 i cant find it on the aqa spec which spec are you referring to.. a-level exams may/june2017 onwards is the only spec i find online

      A E.W In viruses, it turns 2 RNA strands into a single viral DNA strand which then goes into the host cell

      it allows DNA to form its double helix shape and hold all the genetic info of the organism

    thanks, very clear video. could have went into more detail with messelson and stahls experiment as now the exam board want us to know about it. nevertheless, the video was well explained :)
