Sarah had the fucking nerve to decline his multiple calls that morning to confirm whether she was gonna be picking up their little boy from school. How dare she take advantage of Brian's good nature, and then actually tell police she was worried about her son. Sarah is so many layers of terribleness.
@@tranquilrabies I’m sure Brian had no life because she was so careless and untrustworthy, he had to be on call at all times and assume Sarah wasn’t going to get/pick up their son!
I think she called him more because she was accustomed to using him (ie, the alimony from their divorce funded her lifestyle with Jorge) and she often relied on him to sort out everything in her life, like childcare arrangements. It was her instinct to call him over because nothing is ever Sarah’s responsibility.
Even though it took +4 years to get to Day 1 of testimony , I thought it flowed very nicely this afternoon. Seeing the large box of evidence today that was most likely the Suitcase .....really put into perspective the senseless death . I have a feeling Sara will regret her decision to turn down the plea deal offer.
I feel so sorry for the son. I hope they move far away and change their names. But they didn't and I don't know what trauma that poor boy is going through. He deserves a good life far away from the Sarah Boone's farm of animals. Children should be protected from toxic parents. I can't wait till the verdict and her stupid facial expression before she goes to prison for life without parole!
Interesting the prosecution didn't get him to talk about her being violent when she drank and that she had been violent to him both of which he said when he spoke to police. Also that she rarely collected or had their son for the time periods she could have.
Why in the world wouldn’t they talk about the relationship and Sarah‘s aggression toward him when she scratched his face and the things he told the police that day he showed up on the scene?
Sara accused brian of filling her sons head to turn against her .she cant take her so knows shes a baddun ,Brian comes over very easy going and a bit gullible he would have been under Sara thumb and shes still trying to manipulate him.
His hair made him unrecognizable. However, I feel like everyone involved in her pretrial videos didn't wake up that morning expecting to have themselves on video to be watched by thousands, repeatedly. I'm sure testifying is also an opportunity to reclaim their appearances from how the world has come to know them. Also, I'm surprised her ex husband hasn't changed his last name just to disassociate from the dumpster fire he calls an ex wife.
I don’t think the reading of the suitcase transcript hit as hard either. I think he was nervous. The thing that was a huge surprise to me is the text message stating “hide and seek we shall” to Jorge’s relative a few months before. Between that and her son in the suitcase months earlier shows premeditation to me. According to previous motion hearings they aren’t using her son in evidence though. But that text alone as a juror would tell me premeditation
I been waiting for this trial But I usually wait until I hear everything before just assuming anything cause why would George be willing to go in this suitcase in the first place, I'm not understanding that part. What games do adults be playing is insane lol
I'm glad their son has a caring father.
He seems nice. I can see how a sociopath like Sarah got her hooks in him.

This poor guy became a father to her- helping her solve all her problems. She wouldn’t even call 911 until he arrived!
wouldn't be surprised if sarah wasn't trying to set the ex up for this crime.
I believe she wanted to have him take the body away and help her hide the crime

What 40 yr olds play hide and seek in a one-bedroom apartment??? There's not that many places to hide..
I think they had a 2 BR
It's not hide and seek if you help him hide. And who plays hide and seek after about 12, unless it is with a child. Good grief. She is stupid AF.
@@ShellyMoody-h4r I think the hide and seek is a lie. I bet she made him go in, somehow, and then zipped him up. She's not considerate at all
@@ShellyMoody-h4r I agree 100%
I’m sure it was more of a super drunk situation like “Let’s see if you fit in here”.

Omg, I didn't think much about that large box, and how it likely contains the suitcase in which Jorge took his last, panicky breaths.
Oh wow they had the actual suitcase?
Hes a teddy bear
He’s a human….
@BionicPig95 what!? Thankgod you commented I'm sure a lot of confusion will be avoided now

She had no emotion today. Actually, I saw her laughing and smiling several times. Typical.
What would you expect 5 years later?
@mangos2888 A little bit of remorse or any emotion. Sarah has no compassion or empathy. And she's incapable of love. After all she is a narcissist.
She's a narcissist. She's incapable of any feeling.
She was laughing when they were getting ready to show the suitcase. It just shows what a narcissistic sociopathic she is.

I agree, that's so frustrating. All truth should come out.
I'm wondering if they won't play Brian's police interview footage. That would be gold.

His name may be so entwined with his professional life that changing it would be deleterious to his ability to care for himself and his son.
It was funny the way he said so matter of factly about how she told him they were playing hide and seek.

@@K.Mar. Me too! He would've been very attractive when he was younger, and around the time she met him (late 1990s).
Very weird to show up to testify without remembering your wedding or divorce date. Zero preparation by prosecutors?
Not at all. Losing specificity of dates such as those can be part of recovering and therefore no longer controlled by his abuser.
If I were him I would want to forget.
It’s obvious he was extremely nervous. He even had to think about the spelling of his name.
