I'm currently full conquest 5038 resil, by gemming just how I mentioned, and I can tell you the resil DOES help! Reasoning?! To lower the spell dealers dmg output on us!...I can live np with 4k resil with a bunch of melee beating on me, but throw in some dmg dealers and down you go! Thats why you need high resilience, stacking mastery does nothing but put up larger "melee absorbs" which isn't our weakness lol...L2P

Being as Death coil and Rune strike both consume runic power to use which would you use against a rogue in pvp? i.e: death coil uses 40 runic power where as rune strike uses 30 so which is more beneficial? death coil would negate armour beause its magic damage. Rune strike cant be dodged so which would you go with?

I DO NOT agree with your gemming choices at all, red should be +40 strength, Blue +50 spell pen, last gem can be +20 resil + 25 spell pen seeing as 195 is only needed. Spell Pen stops things like death-grip to be resisted, yellow should be +20 strength + 20 resil...stacking mastery is useless beyond the reforge and gear! Melee isn't a blood dk killer, spell dealers are! With armor "58% - 60%" + 6% from talents + 8% Blood Presence + Resil = 99% unstoppable by melee if your good!

Wtf are you smoking? You say don't gem resil, then you say for red sockets gem resil, but in reality it should be straight strength, it's common sense. You may as well reforge for resil if you are REALLY low but even that I think is dumb.

Um you're wrong, use death strike EVERYTIME it's available. Death strike on my level 85 dk does 40-50k damage.
