I just bought this without the auto- empty bin. Couple questions
1) How is this robot over the longterm in your experience both with vacuum and mopping? And 2) Can I purchase the auto-empty bin later after the fact or am I stuck with not having that feature? It was too much money at this time for it so I didn't purchase it.
The mopping works really well but it does not work with the empty bin at all you have to manually empty it whenever it's in mop mode which is pretty much how I use the unit most of the time

Upon initial setup/charge, how do i kbow when its done charging?
Mine only came with the circle mat it rests on was it suppose to come with an extra rectangle piece that goes under the dock?

you need to create boundaries in the app of where the carpet is, then it will stay on away from it.

How did you program your robot to say upstairs? I have a multi-level home as well but cannot figure out how to do more than one map level.

I got the newest one, but my tank for mopping is labelled water only. So how much solution do I use? Yours makes sense, mine doesn't.
It should say water only on the left and then on the right it should have two lines one for water the other one for the solution

Does anyone know how to empty the excess water out of the reservoir? I'm opening the same spout where I poured the water in, but a lot is trapped. Is there another opening?

Does this model map two floors? I have gotten conflicting info on this issue. I know it can spot clean and randomly vacuum on a second level.

Make sure that you completly clip it in, It thinks there is no attachment.
I’m confused. I’m hoping you can help since you have so much experience with these machines. What is the difference between the Matrix Plus and the AI Ultra??? The title to your video refers to the Matrix Plus 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum and Mop, RV2610WA, but everything I can tell when watching the video, you’re showing the Shark AI Ultra 2 in 1 Vacuum and Mop and you verbally say model# RV2600WA. They seem to be very similar… I ordered the Matrix Plus 2 in 1 Self Emptying VacMop directly from the company because they offer a 3 year warranty, but received the AI Ultra 2 in 1 Self Emptying VacMop. Is there a significant difference? The Matrix Plus is the newer model, is that correct? I’m trying to determine if it is worth arguing with the company about this…
I believe the only difference is one is just the newer model. Though that may mean it has longer firmware update support than the older model. I would specifically ask Shark about it.
I still can't for the life of me figure out how to vacuum and mop at the same time. Do I just leave the pad on all the time and just tap "clean" in the app, and it will do both?
If you have the mop attachment it will automaticlly vacuum ahead of the mopping, but you will need to clean the collection bin yourself it will not dock the same way the vacuum normally does and will not self extract.

I agree, Thought I would give the robot-vac a go. because I have a few of the traditional vacs, the quality is good, they have a small design quirk here or there but overall, I like them. The Shark model AI ULTRA 2-in-1 ROBOT Floor Cleaner 2600wd series that I have seems to be a decent product, cleans and mops well, However, the app, or the software to run the bot, TOTALY SUCKS! I don't mean sucks a little, I mean it T O T A L Y --> S U C KS with capital letters and a great big L (for LOSER) slapped on the cover of the software version!
Its been a very . . . VERY huge disappointing experience. (and this IS being nice)
