Great video and appreciation for releasing this. Couple quick suggestions, During sinden gameplay on term2 where aim is off, the artwork is too bright. I find for most artwork on mame throwing on a 65 to 80% transparent black shader fixes that. Also your monitor backlight/brightness. By default your backlight can be low as 40% due to your monitors power saving features. Which for sinden can make lighted areas an issue. Turn it up to 80 or 90% and you can play broad daylight with pin point accuracy. Also you can adjust the gameplay screen to fit inside the borders using "sliders" in mame in-game tab menu. It's tedious but cleans up the experience. To switch that between sinden and nonsinden artwork, it's a similar process to ahk renaming your artwork folder. Except this will be for the cfg folder, as those values would be saved there. Appreciate your work and tool going public. (Officially public)
Go for it! You know what config files need to be modified, just edit the Integrum Retro.ini to point to them. The debug log will notify you of anything wrong to steer you in the right direction.
Thank you Jasen, the coding scares me, i still use your drive I got from you with my one sinden gun. I have since bought the retro shooters but I have only used those with the retro shooter build just to keep things simple for me. I have the mx24 and the newer gun aswell, will those guns work with that build as is or would i have to do the coding to make it work? I just like it when things work, which is why i use the sinden with your drive and the retro shooters with their drive as to avoid any issues. Im not sure I can do the coding. I was hoping you would get back into the arcade builds, after the falling out with those other dudes. Id like to get a full retro integrim arcade from you some day.
Email me, you may already have retroshooter support depending when you got your drive, otherwise we can get you upgraded as my current drive supports all of it and you can seamlessly switch between Sinden and Retroshooter, or even use both at once!:)
Hi Jasen, this all looks amazing, thanks for all your efforts! A quick question: I am in my research phase and about to 'pull the trigger' on your 1TB drive and a pair of RS Reapers. However, your websites suggests that Nvidia graphics are needed. I am planing to run this from my Asus ROG Ally, which has an integrated AMD Z1 extreme chipset. Any issues with that as a basis? I can imagine I might struggle with the PS3 games or some of th more demanding TaknoParrot offerings, and that's fine. But is there any major issue beyond that? Thanks!
wow, thanks for sharing this... could this work for RetroArch and SuperModel emulators, which as you know, are dependent on mouse indexes that can change on you
Your tool is AMAZING !!!
A lifesaver for TeknoParrot... Thanks again for sharing this with us.
Excellent Jasen. Love seeing the code as a former dev. Lots of hard work here!
Really cool to see this! Always impressed with your attention to detail and enthusiasm in the arcade scene! Keep up the great work!
Great Video Jasen, hat's off to you bud. The amount of effort you put into this is truly amazing, and a great addition to the community

I am sure you get this a lot but did you build your own cabinets or buy them pre-fab? I am looking to build a few of my own soon. Thanks
I build cabinets for a living. You can see them on my website at www.integrumretro.com

Cant get it to work, any recommendations?

It does, just specify the mouse index in the config file for each emulator
the old original aimtrak guns still work with this??
They will, though you will need to calibrate them.
Yes. That was one of the first lightguns I supported.
