- A 66 Year Old Man, Namsilakbe From Jalukie Files An Rti Against Rural Department, Government Of Nagaland. Namsilakbe Filed RTI On October 5 Inquiring About 15th Finance Commission Of Peren District Under Jalukie Block. Over The Issue, Namsilakbe Stated That The Village Council Chairman Union Of Jalukie Summon Him On October 13, Threatening Him To Tender An Apology Letter.

Summoning for filing an RTI? Is there not even single educated member among the council? How can they harass him for filing an RTI which is our Fundamental Right. Concerned authority should look into this matter and deliver justice to this brave man. If he approach the court those VC members will be in problem.
