The X-Yux being read as "Cross-Yux" might just seem random, but that would make sense with the other X-Naut names - including X-Naut itself; the British term for Tic-Tac-Toe is Crosses-and-Naughts.
Also, I think the Mini-X-Yux is the single enemy that has a limited-time Tattle that you can't get from Frankly's trash can from the GC version. At least, that's what I remember reading somewhere. I don't know if the same applies in this version.
