I am laughing so hard at myself-before the dogs were filmed you can seen their bed area, which i thought “ a baby cage?” 😂. But its a nice conversion, and i think thats the happiest baby!

I love how close they are as a family unit, literally and figuratively. They sacrifice certain luxuries but gain in other areas for sure, as the title of the bus 'School of life' indicates. I'm happy they found each other and they're a great example to the rest of us...we can all learn something from the 'school of life' bus.

This is another memorable episode. The young family's narrative is one to take note of especially for the young people out there. The quality of life one lives is not always quantified by the amount of money one makes. For me, the "icing on the cake," so to speak is the fact that everyone on this episode-man, woman and child; host including, of course, has fabulous hair. Man! It's fantastic.

"You r living, instead of working and worrying".
Love this quote. I guess it is kind of true, living in smaller space (not just bus, trailer, and rv but also rsmaller house) does makes u less worry from the budget and paying back big amount of loans aspect.
There r pros and cons but one of the pros living in smaller space (rv, trailer, bus, small house; studio apartment or just smaller house than what people usually r expected to have after work, and tiny house) is u x have to worry much about budget, it helps in saving money for any emergency like medical and fixing the home appliances, and less worry about big sum of loans for the house.

A double decker bus would be a game changer. They could do SO MUCH more with that kind of space!

Really great video. These two really explained things well and when he said $20,000 I was like, wow that is the number that has been popping into my head for my complete bus conversion. I think one thing is having time to do it as you find stuff and doing some of the work yourself. Buying used is extremely important to me. It has been my life style for years. I get clothes, furniture, appliances, cars, as well as other stuff from either charitable organizations or friends and family. Used for me is an environmental choice as well as a way to fight back against the corporations and banks. Recycled and up cycled is a must for my bus conversion.

I have seen a lot of outdoor living but these guys have managed to make the forest their apartment :) The bus is more like a room that you can move around.

When our three children were young, my husband and I bought a 1929 Blue Bird school bus. We transformed it into a wonderful camper. It had a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, bunk beds and a fold out couch. It was a lot of work for me but some amazing memories were made for the kids.
