Thank you for these videos! As I’m from the U.K., it’s nice to vicariously take these walks in California and see the blue skies and sunshine as we don’t get a lot of it here!
are you familiar with the trails in Griffith Park that you enter on the Burbank side? Paterson trail, the main trail, etc? are their videos on these trails?
I remember cycling and driving up to the observatory in the 1990s There was hardly tourists up there. On a rainy day, I would cycle past the observatory down to Forest Lawn and NOT a single person to be seen. Things have changed. I have a feeling it was the internet that made such touristy places more popular.
Great video quality and a beautiful clear day. As you walked up we could see downtown and it looked like snow capped San Gabriels? Was this in the winter months?
This hike has a fairly wide trail and is a safer bet for "Social Distancing". A couple of bottlenecks along the way but even though its a quite popular trail, it is pretty roomy.
The movie Dragnet comes to mind!
Awesome little hike. About 2 hours with visit to Observatory.
Love your videos
Thank you. Keep your eyes out this weekend. I'm dropping my Motor City vid. on my new channel.

The only trail I've done from that side is The old zoo trail to bee rock and amirs garden and those trails are more in the middle of Griffith Park.
@@RockessentialTim do many people use the trails that enter from the Burbank side? I like using the trails with other people on them.

All the LA County museums are closed on Monday.
Honestly, that's like a 20 minute walk, albeit rather steep
