Hi, I was just wondering if you knew who’s face is on the Late Night Feelings record label is for the 3 singles, I’m sure I heard years ago it was a young Kevin of one of the band or am I getting mixed up with the picture sleeve for the Show Me single cover?
I'm pretty sure I've never seen that info anywhere - I'm sure I'd remember if I had. On a similar note I got on a train a couple of weeks ago (at Harrow On The Hill station!) and there was a guy who was probably in his early 20's who got on and sat on a seat opposite me wearing a black woolly hat, a white t-shirt and a thick black shirt which had a very "donkey-jacketesque" look to it! I spent the journey wondering if he had just chanced upon the "Young Soul Rebels" look or if it was a deliberate homage. When he got up to get off the train I realised he had a bag which had been hidden from my view during the journey - and inevitably it was a kit bag!? As he walked along the carriage the view of his back and the way he carried his kit bag was a perfect recreation of the iconic Stoker image!
As a massive fan , this is painful to watch. Maybe not the best group to be on a kooky kids show as they obviously didn’t want to be there and weren’t interested in engaging with the kids or SJ for that :)
Apologies for the delay in making this available again! It used to be on the old *dexys. org* "sister-site" on *multiply. com* (as did the Wogan clip) and uploading it on here has been on my "to do list" ever since that site disappeared!
Just taken a listen to Geno Washington, big fan now.
absolutly brilliant work from k. archer "well kevin thought of the name so maybe hell tell you" expert passing the buck there 10/10
This is so funny. "Do you know what dexies are? "
Sally was the most gorgeous thing on TV
Didn’t Dexys perform “There There My Dear” on this show as well?
