Isnt hard to see that these hands worked a lot. My respects sir. Thanks for sharing. I have to do a jewel box this week before the departure of a friend. No shops around which sell decorative lock and amazon cant sending it before xmas. You saved my project.
great job sir what I love the most is you do not let your disability to dictate your life and you keep doing what you love I respect the to the max sir your awesome and an inspiration
Love this latch! You are so very clever. Since I don't possess the wood working tools you used, I will have to find someone locally who could possibly make this for me. You do wonderful work!
Jack, I followed your basic design and put a latch on a metal shop cabinet that I got at a great price because the handles were missing. The replacement handles would have been $30. I used some scrap cedar and it cost me nothing but some time. The capped dowels were a great technique I know I will use often. Thank you so much.
Thanks Jack. It gets the thumbs up from me. Very simple and straight forward. I came across your vid whilst hunting around for inspiration for making wooden catches or clasps. Yours is good, but am looking for something smaller and clever but yet simple. I have seen quite a few of your vids. Love them all. I also have a sense that you and I have something in common and that is we like a woodworking problems to solve and solve it in wood if we can. :) All the best and keep doing what your doing. And thanks again. Will keep this one in mind. ;)

Excelente el trabajo que realiza. Simplemente agradable, nunca se vuelve monótono, nunca cansa como algunos que utilizan mucha palabrería explicando.
Impresionante tu trabajo, a pesar de tu dificultad ADMIRABLE
