OMG.. I love this video!! I have been getting hair extensions for 3 years now, and I will save SO much money by just doing it myself. Your video, explains everything brilliantly, to the point and demonstrates very well how to do it. I am so happy I found you!! Thank you 😃
I'm going to give this a go! i have super fine hair too, me and my hair are healthy but people always assume i'm doing something wrong but i've been checked out and its just the way it is. I keep it at a bob because any longer and it looks straggly but id love some thickness to try diff styles - would be great to have a follow up on care, removal etc, that's the part i'm nervous about! I've always found clip ins are too heavy and bulky for me and end up pulling so much out. Thank you :)
Thank you hunni! It does get easier with practice, I promise. You remove them with a tape extension remover, which consists mainly of alcohol (isopropyl) so it just dissolves the glue and they slide out. Xxx
Juliette. I love your tape in extensions video's. They're so informative and easy to understand with what you're doing etc. My question to you of advice is how would I create fullness in a fringe with a tape extension? Is it possible? Have you tried it before? I've looked TH-cam for video's on how to achieve fullness in a fringe by using a tape extension and no such luck.
I went for a while without them Nicola, but every time I put them back in, I realise just how much I’ve actually missed them. I will make sure I do next time ❤️ xxx
Fab vid Mrs J! 💓 Yeah I agree about that shade for you, it’s so good - bet you are so glad when you tried adding the darker shade last time at the hairdressers! 🙏🏻🙌🏼xxxx
@@BeingMrsDudley aww yes 100% it's very much work, eat, sleep or school, eat sleep and not much inbetween. Just the simple things dog walks, long soaks in the bath and a nice pamper/self care day thrown in when time allows. Think kids are really feeling it now too 🥺 missing out on so much. Take care and look after yourself 💖💞 x x x x
You use a tape extension remover which is basically alcohol (isopropyl) and it dissolves the glue so they just slide out ❤️. You then take off any remainder glue and fit new tape tabs. So easy ❤️ xxx
I have been using Zala tape ins because of your recommendations in the past. Would you say you prefer these over Zala? Need new ones in the next few weeks so advice would be appreciated!
You’ve got such a lovely voice ☺️ love how detailed you were without waffling on and straight to it. I recently have been wearing tapes but got a family member to help last time but going to give it a bash this time myself after watching ur video! looks lovely 🥰
Amazing job! Looks so natural. I have tried to do tape in extensions but have trouble seeing my back. What kind of mirror set up do you use in order to see clearly what you are doing on the back?
Thank you so much Anne! Thy can be difficult and it’s also awkward getting used to moving your arms as everything is back to front 🙈😂 but I tend to use two mirrors and normally use the bigger mirror behind so I can see more. I did it the opposite way around so I could film it for you m but I would usually do it the other way around. Xxx

Thank you so much lovely. I have just popped the link in the description for you. They currently have a valentines offer on with code LOVE10 but I totally recommend waiting for the offers if you miss this one. And yes I will definitely do a video of removal for you next time xxx
A really informative video! I have similar hair to you, very thin and fine and also I have a section of what is called traction alopecia I believe, from where I used to pull my hair so tightly back for ballet. I had micro ring extensions last year and had a really bad experience where they matted and pulled out some hair. I now have beauty works clip ins which I really like, I do struggle to wear them low down though as I am rubbish at trimming them! I wear them quite high up and luckily you can't see the seams unless there is a big gust of wind or something! Do the tapes snag at all? That was my big issue with micro rings, they snagged everytime I brushed my hair and it was so painful!! X
Wow these looked incredible Juliette. I’ve been looking for some extensions, not for all over but for some length in my sides. I will cut them to make a more of an inverted Bob. I will take a look at beauty works when I’m looking to purchase some xx
Great video! I'm going to attempt to do it for the first time myself. Got thin hair like you, and fed up with having to put it up all the time. I'm curious though how you handle it in windy conditions. Show the removal process too, please.
Thank you so much Margaret, if you need any help or advice lovely, just ask ❤️ I’m sure you will be fab at them! In windy situations they are just the same as normal hair I tend to put a hat on or wear it up if it’s windy. But other than that it’s fine. I will definitely film them next time I refit! ❤️ xxxx
I love this! You're the first person I have found to genuinely have fine/thin hair exactly like mine! I can't wait to watch more of your videos! How comfortable are these day to day,l and how are they to sleep in?
Thank you Dawn. I have just learnt a lot over the years with my hair being crap without them 🙈😂. They are really really easy to remove, you get tape extension remover which is basically alcohol (isopropyl) . You put it onto the tape and it dissolves it as the adhesive is protein based and then they just slide out . You can re tape them with new tapes and then re fit them xxx
Hi Juliette..I just wondered how you remove the tapes? And did you say you can refit them? I have really fine hair like you and would just love some volume 🤔
Hi my lovely, so You use a tape extension remover which is basically alcohol (isopropyl) and it dissolves the glue so they just slide out ❤️. You then take off any remainder glue and fit new tape tabs and then you can refit them . So easy ❤️ xxx
@@BeingMrsDudley thanks for replying..I think I’m going to go for them..they really do look like your own hair! I’ve been following you for a while and never realised you used them until now! Xxx
Hi Natasha, I have filmed the removal process before on my channel but can do it again when i refit these. You use a tape remover which is basically alcohol (isopropyl) which dissolves the glue and they just slide out. Removing them if done correctly will cause zero damage to your hair. Generally he only way extensions cause damage is by the weight and stress on the root which is why application is the most important part xxx
12 months no colouring with bleach and you have small regrowth ? Doesn’t make sense unless you have been colouring without bleach ? In 12 months of no bleaching you should have much more growth from the root . X x
Can you do a full series on this? Like top tips for caring for extensions and also how to remove them? Etc
This has helped me so much cause I didn't have a bloody clue how to apply hair extensions, this tutorial is spot on thank you x
Yes please do a video on all different types of extensions as I have the ones that are bonded. They look really nice quality!
I’m on it then Karen! I have quite a few different types that I can show so I will film that very soon ❤️. I’m really impressed with the quality xxx
