One of my favourite weekend treats... even though after all these years, I still haven't mastered the art of flipping without breaking the yolk. It's about a 50/50 chance I'll end up with scrambled eggs instead. :)
I read that if you can get the spatula under the yolk, you should be able to flip it without breaking. So I tried that and had to film the flipping shot 3 times because I kept breaking it lol.
