Larger map sizes would also make the motorcycle squads/rider class and snipers much more relevant, would also make paratroopers good again since with the nerfs they’re not really useful anymore
Agree. The map size seems to be emulatng BF5. Faster, more intense CQB, + nerfed semiauto weapons, instead of relevant weapon classes. Noticed how there's almost no medics now....? -you dont need them bc they're always too far behind.
I agree that maps need to be larger (soo you can actually flank and prepare defensive positions) but paras are still very useful. Its basically 4 squads in one AT, sniper, engineer and MG. APC squads however need a rebalance the premium apcs are by far the best options.
Unpopular opinion, you have a set number of squads meaning you can realistically counter another set number of squads when something is frustrating: 1. you may just be worse than you think you are 2. you don't have a good enough counter in your arsenal/squads
Any squad can accomplish any task. Except medics and guerillas. Every squad can build rallies, all of them can access machine guns, all of them can carry AT weapons (including on every single soldier when you count in TNT and EPs), all of them can get bolt action rifles, including snipers on damn near all of them, and also damn near all of them can get assault weapons. The only item specific squad (again, except medics and guerillas) is mortars, and mortars aren't all that great anyway. If there's truly a task you can't achieve you either built your squads wrong or you're just bad
the grayzone one is so true. Sometimes even if you flank you are very limited. Many maps have dumb grayzones which enable nasty HE spam into spawn zone
Removing the grey-zone entirely does no good. You can already game a good amount of spawns with regular soldiers. Removing the grey-zone entirely would both harm objective play and turn it into a spawn camping simulator that nobody would play.

For those who think the lead and penatration indicators are unreasonable. A real gunner/pilot would be familiar enough and trained with their equipment for the indicators to become naturally calculated in their minds and muscle memories leading to the same effect you get in game with the pilots lead indicator and gunners penatration and trajectories indicators.
I think they are unreasonable as they allow you to find a tank fully hidden in bushes. If they worked only on marked tanks and you wouldn't be able to spam marks to find a tank in bushes, it would be much better.

Removing Tank indicator would only buff Soviet tanks that already have unrealistic armor like KV-1 that you can't pen be penned easily by the German shells.

@@InTVS 1st, the video explains why removing the indicators is a bad idea. 2nd, this isn’t war thunder, despite using war thunder vehicle models and modified war thunder damage models, it’s a different game made by a different studio that happens to also be published by Gaijin. It’s also not a milsim, the only similarity between Enlisted and milsims is the lack of crosshairs. 3rd, most of the time you get shot through trees, bushes, and sometimes even buildings, is because you’ve been marked. People aren’t slowing scanning tree lines and waiting for the indicator to tell them that there’s a tank there, they’re seeing that their team marked a tank and shooting at the mark. And regardless of all of that, you can still win most engagements by simply being better. Use tactics, peek from unexpected angles, flank the enemy, don’t show your weak points to them, be unpredictable. Even in a head on engagement, knowing where to aim is going to be faster than scanning for the green indicator. If you’re having trouble and constantly losing tank battles, it’s a skill issue.
@@sadstormtrooper8826 removing the indicators will be an skill check both for air and tanks, specially air, you can see lots of people just bail as soon as they see someone closing in with its aim on them, because they know its a dead battle, and a boring one is not a mislsim not having aiming aids is nothing related to milsims, battlefield series didnt had aim assist and they are as arcade as it gets the trees exploits is about finding the right spot to put some trees or bushes btwn you and them, so when they aim at you, their aim will auto aim for the trees and not you, so you can fire but they cant fire back i won so many tank engagements that i dont even use tanks anymore, i started using the event APC as an IFV and mobile spawn point untill they nerfed it and now you cant even go over a small bump the game is fine, it just needs some skill checks, is waaaaay to noob friendly with multiple aids

I despise all the grey zone campers. I am more of: “It is either you or me. And we are going to have a fair fight” type of guy. The issue with the indicator is there. It really exists. How do I know that it is an issue? I use it every time I can and get kills reliably. It can be used everywhere. From the jungles of the Pacific to the forests of the Moscow and bushes of the Normandy. You can say that WHEN A TANK SHOOTS there is a huge muzzle flash and you can hear it easily. Great. But using the indicator I can reliably scan for enemy and pre-aim. It is not something game breaking… but it is definitely there.

Not unpopular until you said 2x xp. Invasion everyone likes. Confrontation nobody likes, because it's long. But we play it because of the massive xp. Conquest nobody likes. No XP, no fun. But doubling xp in conquest would kill all the other modes, because it would earn the most by far.

depending on which nation you are playing, Germany has pretty crappy rifles at br3 so they don't have much choice but to use nade launchers but Soviets have amazing SVTs, Americans have M1 Carbines and Japan have same problem as Germany.
I usually have my riflemen setup with the secondary weapon slot instead of the backpack and give them a standard rifle as a primary and a GL rifle as a secondary.

My unpopular opinions Should combine campaign and BR system essentially by having early, mid, and late war maps (1939-1941, 42-43, 44-45). Make the research tree also follow this trend
That defeats the entire purpose behind the merge. Separating the good stuff from the "bad" stuff so new players aren't endlessly bullied. And why should someone have to grind to tier V just to unlock the Kriegsmodell? Thats stupid. Unlocking the VG-1-5 as the very last Semi-Auto, well after you get the StG and the FG-42? God help us when the FG-42 becomes low tier. It wouldn't work. You have to either have campaigns or merge. You can't mix them like that

I've been playing War thunder for about 10 years, I only play realistic so there is no indicator (I mean the green and red reticule when you aim, it's only in Arcade mode in War thunder). I think it does fit the fast paced gameplay to have it in Enlisted and as you said it's good for new players. Another point is that the infamous bushes decorators are present in Enlisted and would become a big pay to win aspect if they'd remove the reticules. it was always a big issue in War Thunder and I don't want to see the same mistake in this game.

A few thoughts from a long time shooter player. 1. Grey zones are great. They are a good way to combat spawn camping. They do need to be adjusted though. Their placement seems very random, and not thought about at all. 2. Create a hardcore mode for playes that want a more milsim approach. 3. If the sweatlords want a straight FPS, CoD exists already. Go have fun. 4. HE rounds need to be more reliable. I dont care if they do more damage. I just need them to be reliable in the way they behave in game. Because with 2 rounds in the same spot, 1 round will damage an entire squad, while the next will do nothing at all. Thats unacceptable. 5. I love my grenade launchers. They are so incredibly effective in that people are so afraid of them, or get so pissed that they start playing dumb. In reality, if I luancha grenade, I usually get 1 or 2 kills with it. I get more spraying a mag out of a smg. But in thier mind, Ive taken out half the enemy team. Its great. 6 Everything in this game should be geared towards encouraging players to use the different types of troops. If I wanted a CoD type game where it was all about full auto spray and pray, Id be playing CoD. Doing things like pushing back the grey zone promotes building more rallies. Giving players a way to set up defenses on their points promotes more engineering. The grey zone should have a timer before the reds can be on your point. Tanks should be harder to destroy. As it is, any Johhny Reb can toss an explosive pack on a tank and destroy it, so why bother with anti tank guns or launchers? Snipers should not have a kill cam. Im sure theres tons that Im not thinking of. 7. I think they should adopt a WoT style matchmaking. the game should evaluate the players in cue. Balance the stacks 1 for 1 against each other first, then fill in the rest of the team. But split the teams by balancing skill levels between them. It wont be perfect, it wont be completely balanced every game, but itll make for far less absolute blow outs like we often get now.
Also they should really add community maps from China and Japan: like Okinawa, Great wall. And more maps like these. They are way more fun than the trash vanilla maps
The Great Wall of China should not at all be an Enlisted map. Adding different campaigns (a true enlisted chad will never refer to it as a map set, we will forever remember the campaigns) vs adding some of the goofy "why the hell not" maps are two different things
Honestly i agree with the one about pen indicator, not from realism standpoint, but from someone with 6000 hours in War Thunder, in WT's RB gamemode, theres no such indicators, purely relying on your own skill, and now i can easily fire at a target 800m away with high accuracy, in AB however, its hard to do because of the pen indicator, sure it helps by telling you can pen it, but its pointless if i cant even see clearly what im aiming at specifically, forcing me to fire wildly to zero in on the target, what i'd suggest is the option to not have pen indicator for people who dont like it
This is the best argument I’ve seen for so far. Most of the people I see arguing for the removal of the indicators seem to just have a superiority complex and are throwing a hissy fit over getting killed by players who are lower skill and rely on the indicators. But I like your argument and I like the idea of having an option to turn off the indicators. However, to throw out a couple of counterpoints anyway, Enlisted isn’t War Thunder, despite using War Thunder vehicle models, nor is it a milsim despite not having crosshairs. There’s also pretty much nowhere in the game where you’d be firing at a target more than 300-400 meters away from you, so the indicator blocking your view shouldn’t ever be an issue.
@@sadstormtrooper8826 Its not really about being able to shoot past 400m, its really about being able to see which part of the tank im shooting at, above 100m its really hard to see in the fog of war, add in the pen indicator obscuring my gunsight means even when im in a superior tank i'd die simply because i cant adjust my aim properly due too unnecessary obstruction, not to mention Enlisted not telling me how much my shell pen meaning i have to go off of WT figures
@@AHappyCub I know this is anecdotal, but I’ve never really had an issue seeing where I’m aiming. The only time was when I had a grey-zone to grey-zone duel on one of the super open maps. That might be because I tend to play tanks very aggressively though. As for penetration figures, I agree that the game should definitely provide them. Though personally, having played the game for a long time, I’ve gotten a pretty good feel for what pens what, and even when you can just over pressure.

@ I’m trying to say when people say playing higher br (br 5) is harder or requires more skill, I say player lower tiers and getting or doing well is arguably harder since you have to be really good with your aim. Especially with bolt actions
@@NapoleonTotal High tier is not harder because weapons are harder to use, it's harder because on average you are not playing against new players and there are more sweatlords and stacks on higher BRs, as well as having to prioritize enemy vehicles way more. This weird argument he and more people have about low BR being harder because of bolt actions doesn't make a lot of sense when you take into account that you'll be playing against new players/casuals for the most part. Also you are ignoring the fact that you can run full stacks of PPS-43/MP 40s and forget about any skill whatsoever, so you get the best of both worlds, strong guns at low BR to wipe the floor with new players, wow such skill! I'll even give you an example for War Thunder. In higher tiers in War Thunder ground forces, tanks have laser rangefinders that remove any skill needed when aiming, it's even stronger than the arcade marker that we also have in Enlisted, so in theory that should make the gameplay easier, but you are also playing against very fast vehicles, better players on average and everything is much much more fast paced compared to lower tiers, giving you less time to react. It might only be easier for the War Thunder equivalent of sniper players camping on a rock for 30min.
Warthunder player here the 4th place 13:40 is technically correct but just correcting a point: war thunder does have leading indicators for planes and tank but thats only on arcade aka the worst mode for sl and rp realistic and above dont have it you manually lead aim for airplanes and for tanks you have to remember the weakspots on tanks you fight not disagreeing that enlisted indication is good just saying war thunder have gamemodes without it
1- Gerrillas are not op, git gud 2- grey zones should be reduced a lot, some are still hundreds of meters even for guerrillas, tanks now not even move from their spawn to avoid leaving the grey zone... 3- noob aiming should be remove, WT only has aim indicators in Noob modes, aim aid it takes away any skill in air fights and allows for bush exploit in tanks, WT most successful game mode is RB, and they dont use noob assist, you learn by playing just like WT players... they know how to use and aim their planes and know how to kill hundreds of tanks by memory, plus is always the same, lower glacis, side, rear, in fact it will be a lot easier for planes that cant defense themselves to use air maneuvering and save themselves, no longer 2km kill with guns, you need to get close and get a weapons solution. 4- big booms are smart play, why would i enter a house with 20 duds inside when i can kill them all with a 88mm HE? use your brains, spot the tank and kill the planes, and thats not even talking about how bad HE are in the game... 5- AI should spam rally points, average enlisted player doesnt know how to build one but constantly ask for others to build one 6- using bolt action is a lot more skillful than auto spam, they are not skillful in the new phenomena of people using aimbots and bringing squads of bolt action rifles, then they are OP and unskillful 1 shot 1 kill with auto aim, make the math, people can get 9 kills with a rifleman squad in 2 seconds from across the map, kinda fun how the anty cheat doesnt ban people using that lol 7- pretty sure they buffed bombers, they seem to kill more now and good for rally hunting 8- no walk simulator, but a bit larger wont hurt either, want to build trenches? build in in the next point, you have enough time to do it before the enemy takes the first one 9- im ok with nerfing granade lunchers, could be done by only allow 1 or 2 per squad and buffing the explosion/making it more reliable, i also think they nerfed them in the background, they seem to kill a lot less than before now add some skill checks, add footsteps that can be heard and increas or decrease with distance, get ride of all weapons being silenced, add proper weapons sounds, make them directional and dependent on distance, so you need to check your fire and fire at the best moment and not just randomly fire missing everything knowing no one can hear where you are firing from even if you are in the same room lol

Sounds like the game was better before the community got bigger. I like the realism of the game. Hope they keep more to that. It’d be nice if I could control the AI like that in Brothers in Arms back in the day on old console.
God the bots are so DUMB. Like they will get a few kills at range, but if anyone gets up in their face with a SMG they will just stare at them blankly while being gunned down. I don't even think they can use grenades or Bazookas (like i think they will throw dynamite at tanks, or so Iv heard) And ya know the Medics don't heal. Seems like giving them the "aim speed" perk seems to help more then anything else far as them actually killing things goes. Hell, id love to be able to set them up in a nice, neat firing line on a Ridge or something instead of whatever that Perimeter Defense Formation is they Assume. Or when you send them to a POINT to Cap it they all try to stand inside each other for some reason instead of YA KNOW TAKING COVER!
26:39 about that, i have a different problem with about playing low br. Not as "not playing overall " but playing toxic. Because there are 90% of all noobs *without data* and if you ruin their day, they might quit. I play bolt action constantly, its very skillful to aim and hit fast. Sniping is something i see more for noobs, because entlisted is fast paste gameplay. Snipers is more of enoiance than anything. They will beaten most likely me only using iron sights. Low br is * easier * because you play more egainst people who have not played 100H or 500h or even 2k
I would say that soviet paratroopers (in which you can choose your loadout are insanely op). I use them at rank 2 and 3 and I can completely change the outcome of a battle by paradropping behind the enemy point, destroying all RL and then rushing the point. It's really unfair that this unit is not in the tech tree.
I think the tank indicator should not be there if you can't see the tank. Some times i get a green indicator and just Lucky fire trouw trees. I feel like this is not fair. For me the plane indicator should be a bit less distance. So dogfights are more interesting. Bots should not see better than humans. Hiding behind busches should block there site as wel
AI having X-ray vision is completely stupid, that's true. Plane indicators should have their ranges nerfed (but only to other planes) but tanks absolutely need the penetration indicator. War thunder players already own vehicle combat, because they don't need the indicator. I personally don't even look at it unless it's a well armored vehicle thats also angled. I just know the tanks well enough. People that haven't played war thunder don't know the vehicles well enough. A game with vehicles already dominated by war thunder players doesn't need to give them a bigger advantage. And unlike war thunder, it's 100x harder to LEARN the vehicles and know how to fight them without penetration tests, shell statistics, and a test drive range that is really useless for learning how to kill vehicles.
M3 lee is unplayable because you need to circle through 6 rounds to get AP or HE for two of your cannons. Overall all BR1-2 American tanks have the worst rounds you could take they never carry APHE only shitty AP.

So when it comes to learning tank weak spots and leading shots in the air it makes the game unplayable for new players but when it comes to countering a grenade launcher you are a low IQ, hypogonadal, soy, hive mind, sheep if you don't use infantry tactics in a arcade shooter to outplay the Chad using the way inferior most skilled weapon in the game the grenade launcher.

Grenade launchers are fine when it’s 1 or 2 in a squad. But there are players that exist that use 3 riflemen squads with 9 grenade launchers in all 3 squads. This is pure cancer and shouldn’t be allowed.
i agree grenade launcher is not as good, but fuck it is annoying, it either stuns you for long enough so everybody else can shoot you or just about injures you so you are in need of healing. and gl user doesnt need to hit at you. honest opinion i think gl's are unfun to play with and against, they should buff the damage but nerf reload both by reasonably big ammount. or how personally i prefer it should work just like nades that you can throw far far far away with greater precision
warthunder can have indecator but only on arcade so most of the player base play without them edit : also it is not that hard to learn because you can readjust youre aim
It is incredibly hard to learn how to aim for planes, and still very hard to learn the weak spots on tanks, especially in a game like enlisted where there's not really a way to educate yourself. You can't use the spots other people shoot you to learn (no kill cam) can't just take a look in the lobby (no penetration test or whatever it's called), no shell statistics, and test drive does just about nothing due to the spread of tanks you see and the fact that they don't regen. The only way to learn how to play enlisted vehicles would be to play war thunder. Not fair.

Bomber RUNS are just RNG based, most of the time they kill like 2/3 people, and sometime they wipe 10+ people and even tank, but calling bombers instead of spamming arty instead is kinda trolling the team sadly, also they should remove smoke arty or have it not block actual HE arty from allies
Or they should decrease dispersion for smoke arty. Because no matter what line you draw on map, there will always be hillarious gaps between smoke clouds

This was an interesting video. I do disagree with your marker talk though, it makes the vehicles too easy, at least the planes. Tanks at least you need the marker because the gunsight isn't lined up with the shot and it can get very frustrating especially in Berlin with how much random debris is everywhere. Planes on the other hand get way too easy. In War Thunder, the lead indicator is not 100% accurate while in Enlisted it is 100% accurate, which is not a problem when flying low BR planes but if you fly high BR planes you can easily kill enemy planes with your cannons because the lead indicator is too good. As for vehicles being low skill, honestly, tanks against infantry is low skill but at the same time AT infantry is way too common and makes tanks easy to kill. HOWEVER, part of this problem is how Enlisted relies on small objectives which causes everyone to be really close together and easy to kill with HE. This problem could be solved by redesigning the modes to include more of the map and not rely on a single point, but also not be as easy to swing as the current two point mode. The game practically falls apart if too many players are in the match because matches rely way too heavily on single objectives or quickly fall into single objectives in the mode with bombs as objectives. The fights get way too close quarters and way too close together. Not to mention most of the better maps for spreading out are low BR maps. It's difficult to have a realistic fight with so many of the maps being essentially corridors, especially maps in Berlin but often other campaigns too. I do actually miss the old Campaign system a bit, splitting things by BR sounds good on paper but leads to things like the Sherman Jumbo in the Pacific where the Japanese only have their last tank or TNT to kill them since even their rocket launchers can't damage it. You can't pick historically accurate spreads of weapons across your squads without being punished for it, such as a squad of Mosin's with a machine gunner bringing them up to BR 2 or 3 even if their main weapon is BR 1. I'd personally fix that by adding a BR 6 and splitting some of BR 5 into BR 6 such as the FG-42, AS-44 and other full auto powerful weapons that have no business facing BR 3 weapons such as the SVT-38 or the M1 Garand. Then the brackets should be BR 1-2, BR 3-4, BR 5-6. Alternatively player balance per side should be based on BR rather than the entire match but that might be too complicated and too open to abuse. I'd also add a BR weight system so that squads that are entirely BR 1 but have a single or maybe a handful of BR 2 or BR 3 weapons like a Machine Gun, they stay BR 1, or maybe become BR 2. Currently with Enlisted you have absolute no reason to not use your best weapons in BR Bracket even if you choose the BR Bracket you aim for, so if you pick one Top Tier weapon, you might as well put the best top tier weapons across the entire squad. Also currently BR 4 is completely useless once you reach BR 5. Finally, Grenade Launchers. At closer ranges, yeah they are annoying, no skill weapons. I used to spam them myself but started feeling dirty doing it, I even occasionally got lucky and wiped out more than 6 enemies in a single grenade because they were all on the objective. Further away though I can respect the weapon. I keep the only Riflemen of my MG Squads with a Grenade Launcher even if I'm playing BR 5, but I rarely use Grenade Launchers in lower BR's. As for the Shrapnel bug, yeah that is highly annoying. If I can aim well enough, I get around it by hitting an enemy infantry directly, their bodies don't seem to block shrapnel of any kind of HE. Personally I vary my BR depending on the nation I'm fighting as. Recently I've been playing BR 1 Allies with mostly just USMC Springfields and Enfield P14's since I like their sights. War Thunder only has Lead and Pen Markers in Arcade Mode. In Realistic and Sim mode all you have to work with is your Intuition and your EYEBALLS. Also, if they took Rally points and APCs out of Enlisted, all that would do is slow the game pace down and/or would make Steam Rolls even worse then they already are. Engi's would have way more time to Build/rebuild Defenses, people would SNIPE more often, Tanks would Shell enemy positions like Assault guns even more then they already do, Matches would just take longer in general. YOUR STILL DYING IN 1, 2 or 3 SHOTS depending on if you have Vitality equipped. The Honorable mentions are probably the 2 I could and would agree with the most, provided they explained their opinion well: 1. Cus GOD Bombers SUCK, 8 minute cooldown for a Attack that CAN BE SHOT DOWN by enemy Planes and AA guns, and the Bombs are worse then Mortar shells. Also it LOCKS your Artillery Call ins until it LEAVES. Hell Screw the 250s, give them 8 500 Pound Bombs or 4 1000 Pound Bombs and just LEVEL that entire bombing zone! BR dependent Bombing Raids? Sure, I can live with that, and the bombers just get more powerful bombs as you go up. (say 100s at tier 1, 250s at tier 2, 500s tier 3, 1000 tier 4 and 2000 at tier 5) Also would be kinda nice if you could Rotate the Bombing Field, I don't know why you can't. 2. Making the Maps Bigger? EHHHHH, Not necessarily BIGGER, but WIDER Maybe? The Maps are a Decent Size for how fast paced Enlisted is, with a match lasting around 20 minutes. That said, the fact they added stuff like the HELLCAT Tank Destroyer or the Marder's really makes you wish for WIDER MAPS so you can "properly" Tank snipe from the Flanks. "I feel like just talking about this is giving me brain damage", Yeah Unpopular opinion #2 will do that to ya. Iv been killed by Medic squads with SMGs WAY MORE then iv been killed by Tank shells, Bombs from planes or even Greandes. Bolt Actions and Automatic weapons probably have the Highest kill counts in the game by far. "Number 1 will trigger 99% of you," Bring it ON! (1 opinion later) Oh..... A light edition of skill based match making. Some of these players are so bad i feel like there should be at least a 1.0 and below kdr lobbies and after that no skill base natchnaking would be needed above that.
Cause some people get it in their heads that just because there’s no crosshair that it’s a milsim, or that because it’s published by gaijin and uses War Thunder vehicle models, it has to be just like Warthunder.
War Thunder is just fine when it comes to removing indicators. Saying you need all this "data" is just an excuse for people that are garbage at vehicles and refuse to actually use their brain.
I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion but I think the aa guns should be nerfed because it takes a few seconds to set up then all the enemy has to do is put the gun where it tells them to and then your plane is gone. There is no counter unless you're already lined up and within range even then you might still get crippled or die. Also the plane spawns are bad because someone can just spawn on your six and kill you on the spot. One more thing planes should have a place to repair (not with aa or anything like wt) so your engine doesn't die of an oil leak you got 10 mins earlier causing you to die.
I kinda disagree with you on grenade launchers as I use them a lot and I kind of feel dirty about it haha. First, you are not supposed to use them at rank 5, they are quite underpowered at this tier (even rank 4) but if you play them at rank 3, where they are supposed to be used, they are an absolute menace. if you equip your soldiers with 2 rifles with grenade launchers on the same dude, you have 6 grenades and it's quite insane the damage you can do. When you face enemies which are Rank 2 (and it happens a lot), they simply do not have the firepower to deal with you (as most of their squads are still equipped with bolt action rifles). Where I really disagree with you, is that I consider that it's really easy to use, especially if you go on a high position and have a minimum of distance with your enemies. I think it would be fair to reduced the amount of grenade you can take (just one by rifle).
I'd prevent different battle-tiers from interacting ever. I'd prevent pre-formed squads (sweatstacks) to ever interact with normal players who play randomly. I'd boost the bolt action rifles speed a little bit and nerf a couple automatic guns a little bit (it gets frustrating when I'm battle tier I and someone is somehow automatic gun sniping my whole squad in an instant from 600 metres away...)
@@_unknown123. the issue that is left is that they either completely dominate lower BRs then, or their gimmick is unusable. (I should add, I do like the idea, running around as Volkssturm with Panzerfausts sounds awesome, I just can't see a way to make it fair to AT gunners while maintaining the coolness factor.)
@@jcola477 The AT team has engineers, and radio... they have a lot to offer... at least it's better than the radio team whose only advantage is calling air strikes which 90% of the time won't hit anything.
Grenade launchers arent even that effective unless you are using a rifle squad specializing with them. With 3 assaulters with grenade pouch I can John Wick an entire building of 10× the dudes in the time it takes to load a stupid rifle nade. Where they are very effective is on the push, launching them into an objective and then switching to a hard charger before the enemy has time to repose. The same people who complain about the made launchers never complain about mortars, even though a good mortar player can keep a open objective wiped clear and smoked firing non stop all the way from the spawn with even the weakest mortars.
Unpopular opinnion. 1/2 Chinese/restricted asians (playing from asia) on EU server causing network issues. (joining any server should be removed, the ping should show on every server and everyone "not caring" removed by the mod) 2/2 Non english speaking players (possibly mainly Pyc) should be banned from spamming the requests. EDIT: EVERYONE should be banned from spamming requests. (maybe 10s interval)
@ you can have campaigns but keep the research system, is that such a hard concept to grasp? If you unlock the MP40 for example on Tunisia, then you get it for Berlin… the issue with the merge is that now when I want to play the pacific as the allies which was my favourite campaign beforehand, now I have the slightest chance of getting those maps, you play allies at high tier and it’s just Normandy and battle of the bulge on repeat with the odd pacific now and again.

I agree that maps need to be larger (soo you can actually flank and prepare defensive positions) but paras are still very useful. Its basically 4 squads in one AT, sniper, engineer and MG. APC squads however need a rebalance the premium apcs are by far the best options.

Unpopular opinion, you have a set number of squads meaning you can realistically counter another set number of squads when something is frustrating:
1. you may just be worse than you think you are
2. you don't have a good enough counter in your arsenal/squads
Any squad can accomplish any task. Except medics and guerillas. Every squad can build rallies, all of them can access machine guns, all of them can carry AT weapons (including on every single soldier when you count in TNT and EPs), all of them can get bolt action rifles, including snipers on damn near all of them, and also damn near all of them can get assault weapons. The only item specific squad (again, except medics and guerillas) is mortars, and mortars aren't all that great anyway. If there's truly a task you can't achieve you either built your squads wrong or you're just bad

For those who think the lead and penatration indicators are unreasonable. A real gunner/pilot would be familiar enough and trained with their equipment for the indicators to become naturally calculated in their minds and muscle memories leading to the same effect you get in game with the pilots lead indicator and gunners penatration and trajectories indicators.
I think they are unreasonable as they allow you to find a tank fully hidden in bushes. If they worked only on marked tanks and you wouldn't be able to spam marks to find a tank in bushes, it would be much better.
That hidden tanks is a good point. I thought I remembered they said that they fixed that, but alas, they didn't.

Removing Tank indicator would only buff Soviet tanks that already have unrealistic armor like KV-1 that you can't pen be penned easily by the German shells.

2nd, this isn’t war thunder, despite using war thunder vehicle models and modified war thunder damage models, it’s a different game made by a different studio that happens to also be published by Gaijin. It’s also not a milsim, the only similarity between Enlisted and milsims is the lack of crosshairs.
3rd, most of the time you get shot through trees, bushes, and sometimes even buildings, is because you’ve been marked. People aren’t slowing scanning tree lines and waiting for the indicator to tell them that there’s a tank there, they’re seeing that their team marked a tank and shooting at the mark.
And regardless of all of that, you can still win most engagements by simply being better. Use tactics, peek from unexpected angles, flank the enemy, don’t show your weak points to them, be unpredictable. Even in a head on engagement, knowing where to aim is going to be faster than scanning for the green indicator. If you’re having trouble and constantly losing tank battles, it’s a skill issue.

the trees exploits is about finding the right spot to put some trees or bushes btwn you and them, so when they aim at you, their aim will auto aim for the trees and not you, so you can fire but they cant fire back
i won so many tank engagements that i dont even use tanks anymore, i started using the event APC as an IFV and mobile spawn point untill they nerfed it and now you cant even go over a small bump
the game is fine, it just needs some skill checks, is waaaaay to noob friendly with multiple aids

I use it every time I can and get kills reliably.
It can be used everywhere. From the jungles of the Pacific to the forests of the Moscow and bushes of the Normandy.
You can say that WHEN A TANK SHOOTS there is a huge muzzle flash and you can hear it easily.
Great.
But using the indicator I can reliably scan for enemy and pre-aim.
It is not something game breaking… but it is definitely there.

Not unpopular until you said 2x xp. Invasion everyone likes. Confrontation nobody likes, because it's long. But we play it because of the massive xp. Conquest nobody likes. No XP, no fun. But doubling xp in conquest would kill all the other modes, because it would earn the most by far.
@appllwithmemes They should just get rid of Conquest entirely. The mode has NEVER been liked, not since release, and even now it still sucks. Every match is a one-sided stomp where somehow the highest kill count on either team is like 20.

depending on which nation you are playing, Germany has pretty crappy rifles at br3 so they don't have much choice but to use nade launchers but Soviets have amazing SVTs, Americans have M1 Carbines and Japan have same problem as Germany.

I usually have my riflemen setup with the secondary weapon slot instead of the backpack and give them a standard rifle as a primary and a GL rifle as a secondary.
I'm a weirdo. I run the rifleman for now with VG1-5s and large ammo pack for the Germans. I'm CQB playing the objective and the VG1-5 is incredible.

Should combine campaign and BR system essentially by having early, mid, and late war maps (1939-1941, 42-43, 44-45). Make the research tree also follow this trend

That defeats the entire purpose behind the merge. Separating the good stuff from the "bad" stuff so new players aren't endlessly bullied. And why should someone have to grind to tier V just to unlock the Kriegsmodell? Thats stupid. Unlocking the VG-1-5 as the very last Semi-Auto, well after you get the StG and the FG-42? God help us when the FG-42 becomes low tier. It wouldn't work. You have to either have campaigns or merge. You can't mix them like that

I've been playing War thunder for about 10 years, I only play realistic so there is no indicator (I mean the green and red reticule when you aim, it's only in Arcade mode in War thunder). I think it does fit the fast paced gameplay to have it in Enlisted and as you said it's good for new players. Another point is that the infamous bushes decorators are present in Enlisted and would become a big pay to win aspect if they'd remove the reticules. it was always a big issue in War Thunder and I don't want to see the same mistake in this game.
13:30 War Thunder has a Arcade mode for Planes, where you can see the Indicator but in Realistic or even worse Simulator battles you get NOTHING!
game needs a massive overhaul on all the uniforms and animation both first and third person. when ive got people into the game they are the things theyve complained about
A few thoughts from a long time shooter player.
1. Grey zones are great. They are a good way to combat spawn camping. They do need to be adjusted though. Their placement seems very random, and not thought about at all.
2. Create a hardcore mode for playes that want a more milsim approach.
3. If the sweatlords want a straight FPS, CoD exists already. Go have fun.
4. HE rounds need to be more reliable. I dont care if they do more damage. I just need them to be reliable in the way they behave in game. Because with 2 rounds in the same spot, 1 round will damage an entire squad, while the next will do nothing at all. Thats unacceptable.
5. I love my grenade launchers. They are so incredibly effective in that people are so afraid of them, or get so pissed that they start playing dumb. In reality, if I luancha grenade, I usually get 1 or 2 kills with it. I get more spraying a mag out of a smg. But in thier mind, Ive taken out half the enemy team. Its great.
6 Everything in this game should be geared towards encouraging players to use the different types of troops. If I wanted a CoD type game where it was all about full auto spray and pray, Id be playing CoD. Doing things like pushing back the grey zone promotes building more rallies. Giving players a way to set up defenses on their points promotes more engineering. The grey zone should have a timer before the reds can be on your point. Tanks should be harder to destroy. As it is, any Johhny Reb can toss an explosive pack on a tank and destroy it, so why bother with anti tank guns or launchers? Snipers should not have a kill cam. Im sure theres tons that Im not thinking of.
7. I think they should adopt a WoT style matchmaking. the game should evaluate the players in cue. Balance the stacks 1 for 1 against each other first, then fill in the rest of the team. But split the teams by balancing skill levels between them. It wont be perfect, it wont be completely balanced every game, but itll make for far less absolute blow outs like we often get now.
Also they should really add community maps from China and Japan: like Okinawa, Great wall. And more maps like these. They are way more fun than the trash vanilla maps
The Great Wall of China should not at all be an Enlisted map. Adding different campaigns (a true enlisted chad will never refer to it as a map set, we will forever remember the campaigns) vs adding some of the goofy "why the hell not" maps are two different things

Honestly i agree with the one about pen indicator, not from realism standpoint, but from someone with 6000 hours in War Thunder, in WT's RB gamemode, theres no such indicators, purely relying on your own skill, and now i can easily fire at a target 800m away with high accuracy, in AB however, its hard to do because of the pen indicator, sure it helps by telling you can pen it, but its pointless if i cant even see clearly what im aiming at specifically, forcing me to fire wildly to zero in on the target, what i'd suggest is the option to not have pen indicator for people who dont like it
This is the best argument I’ve seen for so far. Most of the people I see arguing for the removal of the indicators seem to just have a superiority complex and are throwing a hissy fit over getting killed by players who are lower skill and rely on the indicators. But I like your argument and I like the idea of having an option to turn off the indicators.
However, to throw out a couple of counterpoints anyway, Enlisted isn’t War Thunder, despite using War Thunder vehicle models, nor is it a milsim despite not having crosshairs. There’s also pretty much nowhere in the game where you’d be firing at a target more than 300-400 meters away from you, so the indicator blocking your view shouldn’t ever be an issue.
@@sadstormtrooper8826 Its not really about being able to shoot past 400m, its really about being able to see which part of the tank im shooting at, above 100m its really hard to see in the fog of war, add in the pen indicator obscuring my gunsight means even when im in a superior tank i'd die simply because i cant adjust my aim properly due too unnecessary obstruction, not to mention Enlisted not telling me how much my shell pen meaning i have to go off of WT figures
@@AHappyCub I know this is anecdotal, but I’ve never really had an issue seeing where I’m aiming. The only time was when I had a grey-zone to grey-zone duel on one of the super open maps. That might be because I tend to play tanks very aggressively though. As for penetration figures, I agree that the game should definitely provide them. Though personally, having played the game for a long time, I’ve gotten a pretty good feel for what pens what, and even when you can just over pressure.
I wish they would redo the Greyzones and give us more map for vehicles.

@ I’m trying to say when people say playing higher br (br 5) is harder or requires more skill, I say player lower tiers and getting or doing well is arguably harder since you have to be really good with your aim. Especially with bolt actions

@@NapoleonTotal High tier is not harder because weapons are harder to use, it's harder because on average you are not playing against new players and there are more sweatlords and stacks on higher BRs, as well as having to prioritize enemy vehicles way more. This weird argument he and more people have about low BR being harder because of bolt actions doesn't make a lot of sense when you take into account that you'll be playing against new players/casuals for the most part. Also you are ignoring the fact that you can run full stacks of PPS-43/MP 40s and forget about any skill whatsoever, so you get the best of both worlds, strong guns at low BR to wipe the floor with new players, wow such skill!
I'll even give you an example for War Thunder. In higher tiers in War Thunder ground forces, tanks have laser rangefinders that remove any skill needed when aiming, it's even stronger than the arcade marker that we also have in Enlisted, so in theory that should make the gameplay easier, but you are also playing against very fast vehicles, better players on average and everything is much much more fast paced compared to lower tiers, giving you less time to react. It might only be easier for the War Thunder equivalent of sniper players camping on a rock for 30min.
Warthunder player here the 4th place 13:40 is technically correct but just correcting a point: war thunder does have leading indicators for planes and tank but thats only on arcade aka the worst mode for sl and rp realistic and above dont have it you manually lead aim for airplanes and for tanks you have to remember the weakspots on tanks you fight not disagreeing that enlisted indication is good just saying war thunder have gamemodes without it
1- Gerrillas are not op, git gud
2- grey zones should be reduced a lot, some are still hundreds of meters even for guerrillas, tanks now not even move from their spawn to avoid leaving the grey zone...
3- noob aiming should be remove, WT only has aim indicators in Noob modes, aim aid it takes away any skill in air fights and allows for bush exploit in tanks, WT most successful game mode is RB, and they dont use noob assist, you learn by playing just like WT players... they know how to use and aim their planes and know how to kill hundreds of tanks by memory, plus is always the same, lower glacis, side, rear, in fact it will be a lot easier for planes that cant defense themselves to use air maneuvering and save themselves, no longer 2km kill with guns, you need to get close and get a weapons solution.
4- big booms are smart play, why would i enter a house with 20 duds inside when i can kill them all with a 88mm HE? use your brains, spot the tank and kill the planes, and thats not even talking about how bad HE are in the game...
5- AI should spam rally points, average enlisted player doesnt know how to build one but constantly ask for others to build one
6- using bolt action is a lot more skillful than auto spam, they are not skillful in the new phenomena of people using aimbots and bringing squads of bolt action rifles, then they are OP and unskillful 1 shot 1 kill with auto aim, make the math, people can get 9 kills with a rifleman squad in 2 seconds from across the map, kinda fun how the anty cheat doesnt ban people using that lol
7- pretty sure they buffed bombers, they seem to kill more now and good for rally hunting
8- no walk simulator, but a bit larger wont hurt either, want to build trenches? build in in the next point, you have enough time to do it before the enemy takes the first one
9- im ok with nerfing granade lunchers, could be done by only allow 1 or 2 per squad and buffing the explosion/making it more reliable, i also think they nerfed them in the background, they seem to kill a lot less than before

Sounds like the game was better before the community got bigger. I like the realism of the game. Hope they keep more to that. It’d be nice if I could control the AI like that in Brothers in Arms back in the day on old console.
God the bots are so DUMB. Like they will get a few kills at range, but if anyone gets up in their face with a SMG they will just stare at them blankly while being gunned down. I don't even think they can use grenades or Bazookas (like i think they will throw dynamite at tanks, or so Iv heard) And ya know the Medics don't heal. Seems like giving them the "aim speed" perk seems to help more then anything else far as them actually killing things goes.
Hell, id love to be able to set them up in a nice, neat firing line on a Ridge or something instead of whatever that Perimeter Defense Formation is they Assume. Or when you send them to a POINT to Cap it they all try to stand inside each other for some reason instead of YA KNOW TAKING COVER!

26:39 about that, i have a different problem with about playing low br. Not as "not playing overall " but playing toxic. Because there are 90% of all noobs *without data* and if you ruin their day, they might quit. I play bolt action constantly, its very skillful to aim and hit fast. Sniping is something i see more for noobs, because entlisted is fast paste gameplay. Snipers is more of enoiance than anything. They will beaten most likely me only using iron sights. Low br is * easier * because you play more egainst people who have not played 100H or 500h or even 2k
I would say that soviet paratroopers (in which you can choose your loadout are insanely op). I use them at rank 2 and 3 and I can completely change the outcome of a battle by paradropping behind the enemy point, destroying all RL and then rushing the point. It's really unfair that this unit is not in the tech tree.
I think the tank indicator should not be there if you can't see the tank. Some times i get a green indicator and just Lucky fire trouw trees. I feel like this is not fair. For me the plane indicator should be a bit less distance. So dogfights are more interesting. Bots should not see better than humans. Hiding behind busches should block there site as wel
AI having X-ray vision is completely stupid, that's true. Plane indicators should have their ranges nerfed (but only to other planes) but tanks absolutely need the penetration indicator. War thunder players already own vehicle combat, because they don't need the indicator. I personally don't even look at it unless it's a well armored vehicle thats also angled. I just know the tanks well enough. People that haven't played war thunder don't know the vehicles well enough. A game with vehicles already dominated by war thunder players doesn't need to give them a bigger advantage. And unlike war thunder, it's 100x harder to LEARN the vehicles and know how to fight them without penetration tests, shell statistics, and a test drive range that is really useless for learning how to kill vehicles.
Unpopular opinion you should have War Thunder style custom loadouts for every vehicle you don't need 90minutes of fuel....ever.

So when it comes to learning tank weak spots and leading shots in the air it makes the game unplayable for new players but when it comes to countering a grenade launcher you are a low IQ, hypogonadal, soy, hive mind, sheep if you don't use infantry tactics in a arcade shooter to outplay the Chad using the way inferior most skilled weapon in the game the grenade launcher.

Grenade launchers are fine when it’s 1 or 2 in a squad. But there are players that exist that use 3 riflemen squads with 9 grenade launchers in all 3 squads. This is pure cancer and shouldn’t be allowed.
i agree grenade launcher is not as good, but fuck it is annoying, it either stuns you for long enough so everybody else can shoot you or just about injures you so you are in need of healing. and gl user doesnt need to hit at you. honest opinion i think gl's are unfun to play with and against, they should buff the damage but nerf reload both by reasonably big ammount. or how personally i prefer it should work just like nades that you can throw far far far away with greater precision
I think they should use highly visible tracers for planes instead of lead indicator. Honestly the lead indicator isnt always accurate.
warthunder can have indecator but only on arcade so most of the player base play without them

It is incredibly hard to learn how to aim for planes, and still very hard to learn the weak spots on tanks, especially in a game like enlisted where there's not really a way to educate yourself. You can't use the spots other people shoot you to learn (no kill cam) can't just take a look in the lobby (no penetration test or whatever it's called), no shell statistics, and test drive does just about nothing due to the spread of tanks you see and the fact that they don't regen. The only way to learn how to play enlisted vehicles would be to play war thunder. Not fair.

Bomber RUNS are just RNG based, most of the time they kill like 2/3 people, and sometime they wipe 10+ people and even tank, but calling bombers instead of spamming arty instead is kinda trolling the team sadly, also they should remove smoke arty or have it not block actual HE arty from allies
Or they should decrease dispersion for smoke arty. Because no matter what line you draw on map, there will always be hillarious gaps between smoke clouds

I do disagree with your marker talk though, it makes the vehicles too easy, at least the planes. Tanks at least you need the marker because the gunsight isn't lined up with the shot and it can get very frustrating especially in Berlin with how much random debris is everywhere. Planes on the other hand get way too easy. In War Thunder, the lead indicator is not 100% accurate while in Enlisted it is 100% accurate, which is not a problem when flying low BR planes but if you fly high BR planes you can easily kill enemy planes with your cannons because the lead indicator is too good.
As for vehicles being low skill, honestly, tanks against infantry is low skill but at the same time AT infantry is way too common and makes tanks easy to kill. HOWEVER, part of this problem is how Enlisted relies on small objectives which causes everyone to be really close together and easy to kill with HE. This problem could be solved by redesigning the modes to include more of the map and not rely on a single point, but also not be as easy to swing as the current two point mode.
The game practically falls apart if too many players are in the match because matches rely way too heavily on single objectives or quickly fall into single objectives in the mode with bombs as objectives. The fights get way too close quarters and way too close together. Not to mention most of the better maps for spreading out are low BR maps. It's difficult to have a realistic fight with so many of the maps being essentially corridors, especially maps in Berlin but often other campaigns too.
I do actually miss the old Campaign system a bit, splitting things by BR sounds good on paper but leads to things like the Sherman Jumbo in the Pacific where the Japanese only have their last tank or TNT to kill them since even their rocket launchers can't damage it. You can't pick historically accurate spreads of weapons across your squads without being punished for it, such as a squad of Mosin's with a machine gunner bringing them up to BR 2 or 3 even if their main weapon is BR 1.
I'd personally fix that by adding a BR 6 and splitting some of BR 5 into BR 6 such as the FG-42, AS-44 and other full auto powerful weapons that have no business facing BR 3 weapons such as the SVT-38 or the M1 Garand. Then the brackets should be BR 1-2, BR 3-4, BR 5-6.
Alternatively player balance per side should be based on BR rather than the entire match but that might be too complicated and too open to abuse.
I'd also add a BR weight system so that squads that are entirely BR 1 but have a single or maybe a handful of BR 2 or BR 3 weapons like a Machine Gun, they stay BR 1, or maybe become BR 2. Currently with Enlisted you have absolute no reason to not use your best weapons in BR Bracket even if you choose the BR Bracket you aim for, so if you pick one Top Tier weapon, you might as well put the best top tier weapons across the entire squad. Also currently BR 4 is completely useless once you reach BR 5.
Finally, Grenade Launchers. At closer ranges, yeah they are annoying, no skill weapons. I used to spam them myself but started feeling dirty doing it, I even occasionally got lucky and wiped out more than 6 enemies in a single grenade because they were all on the objective. Further away though I can respect the weapon. I keep the only Riflemen of my MG Squads with a Grenade Launcher even if I'm playing BR 5, but I rarely use Grenade Launchers in lower BR's.
As for the Shrapnel bug, yeah that is highly annoying. If I can aim well enough, I get around it by hitting an enemy infantry directly, their bodies don't seem to block shrapnel of any kind of HE.
Personally I vary my BR depending on the nation I'm fighting as. Recently I've been playing BR 1 Allies with mostly just USMC Springfields and Enfield P14's since I like their sights. BR 5 gets really annoying and frustrating at times.

War Thunder only has Lead and Pen Markers in Arcade Mode. In Realistic and Sim mode all you have to work with is your Intuition and your EYEBALLS. Also, if they took Rally points and APCs out of Enlisted, all that would do is slow the game pace down and/or would make Steam Rolls even worse then they already are. Engi's would have way more time to Build/rebuild Defenses, people would SNIPE more often, Tanks would Shell enemy positions like Assault guns even more then they already do, Matches would just take longer in general. YOUR STILL DYING IN 1, 2 or 3 SHOTS depending on if you have Vitality equipped.
The Honorable mentions are probably the 2 I could and would agree with the most, provided they explained their opinion well:
1. Cus GOD Bombers SUCK, 8 minute cooldown for a Attack that CAN BE SHOT DOWN by enemy Planes and AA guns, and the Bombs are worse then Mortar shells. Also it LOCKS your Artillery Call ins until it LEAVES. Hell Screw the 250s, give them 8 500 Pound Bombs or 4 1000 Pound Bombs and just LEVEL that entire bombing zone! BR dependent Bombing Raids? Sure, I can live with that, and the bombers just get more powerful bombs as you go up. (say 100s at tier 1, 250s at tier 2, 500s tier 3, 1000 tier 4 and 2000 at tier 5) Also would be kinda nice if you could Rotate the Bombing Field, I don't know why you can't.
2. Making the Maps Bigger? EHHHHH, Not necessarily BIGGER, but WIDER Maybe? The Maps are a Decent Size for how fast paced Enlisted is, with a match lasting around 20 minutes. That said, the fact they added stuff like the HELLCAT Tank Destroyer or the Marder's really makes you wish for WIDER MAPS so you can "properly" Tank snipe from the Flanks.

Cause some people get it in their heads that just because there’s no crosshair that it’s a milsim, or that because it’s published by gaijin and uses War Thunder vehicle models, it has to be just like Warthunder.
War Thunder is just fine when it comes to removing indicators. Saying you need all this "data" is just an excuse for people that are garbage at vehicles and refuse to actually use their brain.
I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion but I think the aa guns should be nerfed because it takes a few seconds to set up then all the enemy has to do is put the gun where it tells them to and then your plane is gone.
There is no counter unless you're already lined up and within range even then you might still get crippled or die.
Also the plane spawns are bad because someone can just spawn on your six and kill you on the spot.
One more thing planes should have a place to repair (not with aa or anything like wt) so your engine doesn't die of an oil leak you got 10 mins earlier causing you to die.
I kinda disagree with you on grenade launchers as I use them a lot and I kind of feel dirty about it haha. First, you are not supposed to use them at rank 5, they are quite underpowered at this tier (even rank 4) but if you play them at rank 3, where they are supposed to be used, they are an absolute menace. if you equip your soldiers with 2 rifles with grenade launchers on the same dude, you have 6 grenades and it's quite insane the damage you can do. When you face enemies which are Rank 2 (and it happens a lot), they simply do not have the firepower to deal with you (as most of their squads are still equipped with bolt action rifles). Where I really disagree with you, is that I consider that it's really easy to use, especially if you go on a high position and have a minimum of distance with your enemies. I think it would be fair to reduced the amount of grenade you can take (just one by rifle).

I'd prevent different battle-tiers from interacting ever.
I'd prevent pre-formed squads (sweatstacks) to ever interact with normal players who play randomly.
I'd boost the bolt action rifles speed a little bit and nerf a couple automatic guns a little bit (it gets frustrating when I'm battle tier I and someone is somehow automatic gun sniping my whole squad in an instant from 600 metres away...)
Removing penetration indicators means war thunder players will indefinitely dominate vehicle combat in every way. That's just not fair.

seems like a logical progression.
Grenade launchers arent even that effective unless you are using a rifle squad specializing with them. With 3 assaulters with grenade pouch I can John Wick an entire building of 10× the dudes in the time it takes to load a stupid rifle nade. Where they are very effective is on the push, launching them into an objective and then switching to a hard charger before the enemy has time to repose. The same people who complain about the made launchers never complain about mortars, even though a good mortar player can keep a open objective wiped clear and smoked firing non stop all the way from the spawn with even the weakest mortars.
Unpopular opinnion. 1/2 Chinese/restricted asians (playing from asia) on EU server causing network issues. (joining any server should be removed, the ping should show on every server and everyone "not caring" removed by the mod) 2/2 Non english speaking players (possibly mainly Pyc) should be banned from spamming the requests. EDIT: EVERYONE should be banned from spamming requests. (maybe 10s interval)

@ you can have campaigns but keep the research system, is that such a hard concept to grasp? If you unlock the MP40 for example on Tunisia, then you get it for Berlin… the issue with the merge is that now when I want to play the pacific as the allies which was my favourite campaign beforehand, now I have the slightest chance of getting those maps, you play allies at high tier and it’s just Normandy and battle of the bulge on repeat with the odd pacific now and again.
