Hello mam.A slight variation in your method. We grate kumbalakai & add ground grn chillies. Juice released is used fr binding sandigae. Personally I Appriciate your efforts in teaching old traditional dishes to younger generations. thanks a lot.pls carry on.

I will try it so that we don't have to depend on Bengaluru. Right now, its monsoon in Mumbai. Can we do the drying of Sandige in an oven? If yes, at what temperature and for how many minutes ? Thanks
