The Sonics' general strategy throughout that series was to rotate different defenders on MJ every few minutes. Contrary to popular belief, GP was already included in the defensive rotation by Game 3, and directly caused more disruptions against MJ's best game of the series than on Father's Day when MJ did well against GP but struggled against the other Sonics. KD+Russ is probably the 2nd best one-two punch combo in the history.
An honorable mention can be Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer
* 11:07 Correction: Jerry West is not "1 for 8", he's 1 for 9 as he played in 9 finals. His record is 1-8.
I’ll get you banned from TH-cam for making a terrible correction.
@@VictorFernandezBigdestroyer lol how is it a terrible correction? The guy played in 9 finals =P
Good list! Honorable mentions would be i guess: Charles Barkley/Kevin Johnson, Patrick Ewing/Latrell Sprewell, Kevin Garnett/Stephon Marbury, Reggie Miller/Rik Smits, Hakeem Olajuwon/Clyde Drexler.
Olajuwon/Drexler won one.1995
2:50 kinda sounds like an AI
You should do trios too

That Time when Jordan Almost Went To the Dallas Mavericks
WAIT WHAT THE FUCK
@@bluefrenchhorn2606 yep back when jordan went to the wizards, he was supposed to go to the mavericks. Mark Cuban was even willing to give him a share of the team for him to go there, and jordan was still pretty good with the wizards with 20 ppg.
M Gasol - Randolph, Paul - harden from recent times also worth a mention imo
3:31; I did my best
But I guess my best wasn't good enough
'Cause here we are back where we were before...
when can we get a review about Bobby Jones of the 76ers
U should do who is the most inefficient superstar of all time...or which year did a player make an all star team with the worst inefficiency
That background music just makes me smile
I love the howthe thumbnail is the same franchise since the thunder used to be the supersonics lol
Can you do a vid about desmond mason and baron Davis
Nash and STAT were just very unfortunate, they could've been 07 champs but the suspension really didn't help. 2010 was the 2nd closest but Kobe was just out of this world.
That was a great video. I agree with it
the Rocket led the Jazz in 2007 2-0 and 3-2. But they lost eventually by 4 points in game 7. If they could pass that Jazz team and force through that we-believe warrior. They will face the Spurs in WCF, which would be an epic battle (they tied 2-2 in regular season).
If they manage to survive spurs (unlikely but not impossible), then all they need to do is to just swipe the cavs easily and win the ring.
In hindsight, 2007 could be the year.
The 96 sonics couldve won against Jordan if their coach had Gary Payton on Jordan for that series. Rusty Buckets made a video on it
