This video is right on time for me! I'm prepping to do a face in one of my books. I watched this face come alive and I was so into what you were doing I actually blew on the screen when you were blowing on your page to the bits off of it. You should check out Linda Biggs art. She does gorgeous work and she finally put out a limited edition coloring book. I bought two of them so I can color some with pencils and the other book will be used to make copies so I can use markers and watercolors. She had a traumatic brain injury and art helped her find her way back to life. Worth checking out either on Etsy or her website. I'd love to see what you can do with one of her drawings.
@@brawyn777 No, not on Amazon. She's a painter and has her own website. She's an advocate of medical marijuana use, so I think she's not allowed on all platforms. A lot of her art has marijuana leaves in it. Not all, but quite a few. If that's not your thing, I understand. I should do a flip video of her three coloring books. I support small businesses and independent artists and she fits both categories.
This is beautiful! I just got Colouring Heaven book of Women of the World, there are African, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Vietnam, etc have you done other skin tones ?
Hello Pamela, thanks for this further tutorial. Question: why don't you use the reduced color palette here - as in the previous tut's in the series? It would have been interesting to only use these selected colors for the face ... Greetings Kati
I didn't use the colors from the limited color palette because a lot of members of my Facebook group are doing this Color Along because they wanted to learn how to color skin and hair. This is why this page was created for us. The last color alongs on my channel did not include any kind of portrait that would have required it except for one. I believe in the Hannah Lynn one that had a fairy in it, I also went away from the colors in the limited palette. You're right though...with the colors available to me in my limited palette, the skin would had been quite interesting...and challenging, to say the least.
thank you, maybe you can paint the face again with the colors of the reduced palette. I'm currently learning a lot with this tutorial and would like to do it completely with the reduced range ... Thanks + greetings Kati@@PamelasPassionforPencils
Coloring books don’t come printed on Springhill paper. You purchase it from Amazon to print out your PDF coloring pages. I always have a link in the description box.
@@PamelasPassionforPencils Yes I followed all the tutorials for this color along, I still have the background to do, I'm waiting for your great tutorial, because thanks to you I'm making a lot of progress
Hiya..Thanks for this. it was great! Not sure why but I am not getting the notifications through my email of new videos. And I AM subscribed with the little bell to get ALL notifications. Anyway. Thanks.
I am not sure why you wouldn't be being notified. I would maybe try undoing everything and then redoing. Maybe that will activate something. It may be a TH-cam issue.
Those lips and eyes are amazing!! 😍 I hope you colored her ribbon green!! 💚
Looks wonderful!
Thank you so much!
