Hi kinda, hope you are doing well, I am caregiver working in Home'Care, but wish to come to UAE.
    I only have 2 queries:-
1- do I need to have work experience in hospital to get job in UAE?
2- how much is the average salary in health Care Assistant?
My qualifications are- 06 months certification in Home Health Assistant from recognised national university in India.
And do I need to do any certification or obtain any license to work as health Care Assistant
Thanks a lot for your valuable video's.

Hi. The average salary for a healthcare assistant is between 3000AED to 6000AED depending on the hospital and license status.
To work in the UAE as a nurse assistant, you will need a license. However, some hospitals hire certified nurse assistants without license.

With your home care experience, you are going to fit in a home care setting.
There's also a possibility to switch to a hospital setting and you can have a good chance if you can get an interview and defend yourself.
