I love throwing this out there. Smith and Flowers the twin towers 6'8 ish with length. Let's not forget KJ and EBanks also 6'8 with length. It works with the right coaching and mentality.
We have a nice group of bigs 6'8" and up. Amani Hansberry (F - Illinois) and Toby Okani (F - UIC) to hit the boards hard anmake the tough rebounds. I also believe 6-foot-8 forward Haris Elezovic from Canada can help around the boards too. Like his 3-pt shooting also!
I like going small. Like I said...we should have a better defense with Frazier and Barnett who have dealt with the defenses at Illinois and Nevada. Especially for Frazier...which illinois was always had good defensive teams while he was there.
People need to remember that this team will take a year or two to get the system rolling. People can't be delusional about this team this year. It will take a few years to get better than 500. We don't have Huggs anymore so you can't expect Huggs results. I don't expect this team to even get into the NCAA tournament this year. It is going to be rough. Should be better than last year but it will take another year for this team to take it to another level.
Hey Paul, I know you're main focus is on the Locked On channel (which I'd also do), and I know there's not been bball news, however what if it could be possible and not too time consuming for you to, in attempt to maintain/increase viewership on this channel, create some like 5 minute videos or something where you talk about some of your most memorable and/or favorite WVU basketball games from yesteryear, or players, or seasons, runs, anything at all that has to do with the program and doesn't really require much research other than maybe cutting a couple video clips/pictures. Idk if that makes sense or not, but just throwin ideas out

If yall treat our basketball team the way everyone talks shit about our football team I will be talking shit to people for that . We are brand new we have no expectations and we will take a while to gel. Yall better just hope WVU just makes the nit this year because the big 12 is the best conference in college basketball and it will be hard to win 15 games this year with this team and this schedule .
