I started when this event first ran and this level was the furthest one I managed to beat. I vividly remember having issues with both not having enough 3 block guys and dps to kill the cars.
It's gonna be much smoother with stages where you can play with balls. One of the best events in the game with its high difficulty but also highly abusable mechanics.
From my experience "smoother" is a bit debatable because when I did CW-7 - CW-EX-1 CM on the original run if you are relying on the balls to be your main dps you need to learn when to time them which can be frustrating at times so it's just a different kind of difficulty (but were easier than CW-5 and 6 because they were abnormally hard). Especially when I can't shift the stat stick jedi with my own ops.
@@CANNONLOWY_E0_Lvl1 I mean, it's difficult, but countering these enemies with stats of e0 ops is simply impossible. I assume boss stage is impossible either way because of how tanky Kristen's balls are, but at least cw-7 and cw-8 can be beaten with debris doing almost all the work.

@@CANNONLOWY_E0_Lvl1 oh lol, so Kristen is stallable with just one lvl1 medic, poor girl. And her stars are squishy enough for 2 casters, kinda forgot about that after trying s-4. Well, I should've checked first, but at least it's another showcase that if you have brain some CW maps can almost solo dps themselves) I'll go watch your first run of Lone Trail then.
@@rw6611 Her stars have the same mechanic as the defenders in the event where they lose def/res every time they are hit so mech casters make short work of them. Hope you enjoy them! I'm proud of my 2nd (and this one) CW-5 clears and CW-6 especially. Loved this event over all.

Yes she was! Before getting Vivi I didn't have a 6 star arts guard and the 6 stars have way more dps than the lower rarities. I cleared CW-5 before as you saw in the intro with a support Nian but being able to unlock the auto deploy this time is nice. Thanks! Me too.
I was thinking, since you don't level anyone you must have a crazy stockpile of materials, maybe I had that thought because I'm suffering trying to E2 all the ops I want to use. Great clear though!
I would suggest using Qiubai. The cars touch both tiles and they become vulnerable to attacks from a Lord no matter where you place it, either in front of left-side blue box or right-side one. Thinking more about it, maybe you want to place her on the right (behind Viviana, so to speak) because I notice that the cars tend to move slightly more to the right AND she might be useful to block some dogs you failed to eliminate from the other path. Having gravity pointing in the same direction enhances her ASPD, making her attack faster and charge her S1 more frequently, in order to bind the cars and gain some precious time. It's not much, but it's honest work. Ascalon can partially take care of the tanks coming from the right-side red box, if placed next to the gravity switch, in the tile immediately on the left, facing down to abuse the gravity mechanic. Her dmg is low, but her talent shreds the tanks defensive stats pretty quickly. That way, you can place Goldenglow close to her and melt those enemies faster. Then there is Ines. You can place her on the DOWN gravity switch facing left and leave her there to stack some DP with S1 and shred a bit of the tanks defensive stats whenever they come out (not to mention slowing the dogs down for a while, since all those enemies never come out in big groups and she can deal with them one by one). I'm sorry if maybe I missed the point of your gameplay, it's my first time in this channel, but I thought my tactics for this stage might be useful even with the same operators at lower levels.
I thought of using Qiubai myself actually instead of Hoshi and in hindsight I should've if she worked but I ended up going for the safer option by blocking at least one if needed since once the cars get past Vivi neither her nor Lin can dps them. I personally don't have Ascalon on my e0 lvl 1 account yet and I didn't have the spare deploy slots for her if I did sadly but GG and Justice managed it. Cantabile worked better than Ines for me here because of the quicker dp. "I'm sorry if maybe I missed the point of your gameplay" no no, you had some great ideas for this and if I didn't already have an idea on how to beat this stage before from the OG run this would've really helped I think. The dps check on this event is genuinely quite high, also needs a lot of blocks for some enemies

i wonder if you have every operators in the game since even the most niche operators can be huge for your E0 strat
I don't have every operator on my e0 lvl 1 account but I definitely look at future CN ops to see who could be good to get.
