In this video I am going to show you how to use the Fibonacci tool - a very often traded and important tool. I will show you how to set it up, explain the significance of the different levels and then walk you through a real example.

Please do a video on the new trading view Fibonacci tool. It's now different from the old one cos the 0.27 and 0.62 are now below the 0 mark instead of above like yours is in this video.

Guys here's a neat little trick I learned almost by accident; So instead of plotting the Fib in the regular direction (eg From the Low to the High in an uptrend), you can flip the thing and plot from the high to the low (still in an uptrend)
You'll find that it works exactly the same way. Plus 50% will always be the same either way.
I find that the advantage of this is that you can now use the regular fib levels (127.2% and 161.8%), and so they no longer just languish in the background and waste space.
To be sure, the reason they're 127.2% & 161.8% instead of -27% and -62% as Iliya has shown in the video, is because they now occur after the 100% Fib (remember we just flipped it eh ? 😉)

It was a bit complex for me to understand, but after I read it twice I got the idea! You can do the flip from the Fib settings, for those that wonder.

In retrospect, I probably should have just said "Flip the Fib" haha. Just plot it from Peak to Base, as opposed to the normal Base to Peak...

Thank you, I understood it now. While back testing I found that sometimes not clear how to drag Fib, from top to bottom or from bottom to top. Can you please advise? Usually if trend is down, then I drag from top to bottom, but sometimes something is wrong, don't have clarity about this particular moment.
Eugene, I will need more details about your ''particular moment''. What exactly is wrong? You should be doing it correctly! I would suggest you watch my latest weekly outlook, as I draw a lot of Fibs there (but I only use the 50% fib). Let me know in more details about your problem! ok now, I know it could sound like a stupid question ahahah but I was asking myself: how do you set the rectangles (for supp res..) in the back just by placing them?? Everytime I have to click manualy send to back ahaha how do you do it?
pex99 Hey bro! They are not sent to back immediately! The colour is very transparent, which makes it look like this! When I was using more colourful rectangles, I always sent them back, but now I don’t need to.😊

Absolutely! Fibonacci works on every timeframe! You just have to build a strategy for it.

Well, you have to type in -0.27 and tick the checklist box so that it appears. It's the same as the others!

The Study Guide? No, not really. It's for complete beginners and has some strategies that I do not use at all. I have also removed it from my videos. I'd recommend you to join my private program though, as that's where the real value is!

You should just follow market structure. What is your last valid range? You have to master market structure first, beore you draw fibonaccis.

You have to add it from the settings. Double-click on your fibonacci and then include those stats.

Can fibs work for US30?
Of course. They work on every instrument. US30 and NAS100 react quite nicely to fibs!

There is a Lot of Confusions When I Use Fibonacci...🙄.I Exactly Don't know Which Level Price going to Retrace,When I see a Bullish Engulfing at 38% level in an Uptrend and I Buy...&Then Price Goes Down to 50%&61.8%😁😁
So I don't Prefer to Use Fibonacci...
when you use Fibonacci you can either expect it to retrace back to a level that aligns with structure. or you would wait til it gets to a level and see if it holds and rejects that level.
