While I was able to use some of the materials I already had on hand, I estimate most people with craft chains in their neighborhood should be able to make a similar project for about $7 USD.
I can envision this being great for renaissance faires, cosplays, and festivals, You can also spend a little more and add more details or use higher-end finishes.
