Hahaha....Am prejudiced coz have Zoom Q8n-4k & found that A/V quality fits right for my application, mainly outdoors. But you're in that Q8n tends to be more "fishy-eyed" than OBSBOT but audio goes, hands down, to Zoom. Skin tones, however, seems little bit softer on OBSBOT than Q8n....wondering why?
I agree audio is better on the Zoom and with the XLR ports you can do a lot. In this video I tried to keep the setting as if out of the box so the OBSBOT once adjusted in setting would like better but can't fix that audio. If I could merge the two OBSBOT Camera with the ZOOM audio and body that would be great.
@@BasicNAS....Sounds like OBSBOT has little bit too much high-end EQ on factory preset, sounding "tinny/shallow"....Don't think will have need to use XLR's but, agreed, that it is nice feature to have! MAYBE run it thru friends soundboard?!

Interesting. I may do another with these two but with setting changes which the OBSBOT has more control over lighting etc. this was more out of the box plug and play.
It’s weird. The other day you showed the OBSOT, and it looked really good. Maybe it’s the lights or some setting that’s different then the one the other day?
Yes I had the settings changed to match my light etc. this test was to show just out of the box with no change on settings. Being able to adjust for lighting is another reason I like this camera
