- On the way to Washington DC, we stopped by at Harris Crab House on Kent Island for some Maryland Blue Crabs. Mom and dad, being Koreans from a seaside town, KNOW how to eat crabs. But they truly loved this unique way of eating crabs.

Nothing better than blue crab. I was raised on them where I lived near the Gulf of Mexico. Stoney crabs are so great, too.

I love watching these people enjoy delicious food.
Take them for sauteed soft-shell crabs. which have a short season. In NY, they're only available from April through about June, even though the internet says September. Best crabs, imo, and you eat the entire crab, so there's no muss, no fuss. ❤
My parents are going out for their anniversary dinner tonight. Dad is hoping they have some crabs! Being from Baltimore, we always crabbed. The family would have a picnic when we got home. I went crabbing...but am allergic 😢

I loved the way your Dad went right at the crab. No messing around. Most beginners are really shy with their approach. He's a natural crab eater. Suggestion: dip crab meat in apple cider vinegar and then the old bay or other crab seasoning. Its amazing!

We always ask for extra old bay (the spice they put on Blue Crab) on the side for dipping. It never gets enough on the actual meat.

This was wonderful! I’ve never had blue crab - noticed there was no sauce or butter to dip them in. I think mom & dad missed their dipping sauces. I just knew they were going to put some of the crab in the roll! I did hear mom say it would be good with rice.

Blue crabs are the bomb! I used to catch them myself where I live. So good ❤ tell dad don’t eat the lungs. They are a choking hazard!
