Why can't they offer a corded version of this, just as in the good old days, rather than a planned-obscenesence battery, to add to our landfills?

Well, what they don't tell you is that the Li-ion battery lasts for only 1 year. Was told by Electrolux service center and they had the cheek to tell me that the Li-ion battery lasts for only 1 year maximum.
Please...Anyone who is even remotely considering to buy this product, get one from another brand at a similar price.

Yeah, as i just posted above, why can't companies such as Electrolux & Hoover offer corded versions of their stick vacs, like in the good old days, rather than planned-obscenesence batteries, to add to our landfills? For crying out loud, the original navy-blue Bissell served me just fine for a few years and cost 20-bucks! I should have bought five of them before they began importing their BADsuction "Featherweight" knockoffs from China.

HELP - I have three Eurgorapido 3200 Pet Lithium Cordless vacuums and one has had major battery issues since it was just one old (purchased new on Amazon.) It will ONLY HOLD a charge for 60 SECONDS or less. Electrolux provides NO ONLINE SUPPORT or information on how to troubleshoot and fix these products. No videos are available that speak to fixing this or for that matter, any of the potential issues short of overheating. Can anyone respond if this is their issue as well, where they found instructions to fix or point me towards such material or resources? Many thanks to all!

Well I'm in a predicament. A friend of mine has the ergorapido ultra 12 volt vacuum. The power adapter works but the charging dock gave out in the contacts to charge it. One has to wedge a popsicle stick in there for it to charge the vacuum. The contacts of the dock are almost worn through. Is there a replacement dock. The vacuum still works good, however the charger may not last. Model EL 1016 and its 12 volts

How can I get a replacement battery for this model? I still have it since 2015. Thank you.

Hello - did you receive any answers for your inquiry on where to find replacement batteries? Thank you!

@@stephaniep.50 Hi. Nope. The battery is NOT replaceable, unfortunately. Some newer models from different brands have replaceable batteries: Eureka (some models)/Black&Decker/Tineco. Someday I'll buy a new one. In the meantime, I vacuum a little, recharge until the blue led turns off (about 1 hour), and repeat vacuuming/recharging until I'm done with my entire condo.

THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT BATTERY AVAILABLE .. THE VAC IS A THROW AWAY IF THE BATTERY FAILS.

It's absurd that factories uses proprietary battery packs that could use standard 18650's instead. And 5 hours charging time..... wow!

these do use 18650 lithium cells. search youtube for videos how to replace. you will need a soldering iron. its not that hard.
