I'm loving these daily updates. One hint, I throw a kitchen towel over the steam vent on my Instapot while it releases and that keeps the wet spray from going everywhere. Hang up to dry. Might serve you well in your tiny place.

Yes I found about about visor extension just last year, I used to hang a scarf on my window to protect my skin from the sun when we travel.
Now I just extend the visor and my face is protected.

Put a pillow or rolled up towel under your knee when you are laying flat, it helps relax the knee.
🎉i too bought some of those it keeps my food fresh longer. For some i place a papertowel to absorb any sweat so far my Spring lettuce mix and spinach um carrots, celery n greenpeppers last up yo two weeks.

yes, I use a mixture of half water and half rubbing alcohol and use that in a spray bottle and wipe everything down with that. works for me!!

After watching your big a$$ salad video 😆 a few weeks ago, we went to Whole Foods and bought everything on your ingredient list… and made a giant salad. It was awesome… thank you for the “recipe”! The only thing we did differently was to squeeze a couple fresh limes onto it. Never would have considered nori in a salad, but that is delicious. Hi there, I'm Mona. I tore my meniscus in my 50's I had my knee scoped twice. Now I'm 63, I have many days I want a knee replacement. The pain and limping or pretending I don't limp sucks. I totally understand your dilemma. I'm to the point now that my entire right side of my body is affected. Plus I got fat cause it's hard to do exercise when you can't walk. So I'm kinda screwed. Lulu you encourage me and God willing we will find our way♡

Try a small illow under knees while driving every couple hours yo take pressure off knee being bent so long. Helped me alot and the stopping every couple hrs helps, my chiropractor dr had me do that.

Brussels sprouts are one of my favourite vegetables. Had some last night for dinner. Never thought of putting mustard on them. I like mustard so I am going to give that a try. Glad that your knee is feeling better. I find that, at my stage in life, I too have to have a nap once in awhile and really enjoy them. Looking forward to seeing more of your meals and your travels.

I love Brussels sprouts and mustard both so I will try your technique. I do make a Dijon vinaigrette that I use on various salads, especially potato/sweet potato. I'll make sure to put it on my next cole slaw.

Rub Castro oil on your knee and an ice pack not heat .. I have the same issue .. keep up the exercises and don't baby it , I sleep on my side and I do bend my knee.. someone also told me to eat jello been doing that not sure how effective it is yet.. stay blessed stay safe and stay true to you .❤
When you say you pull over to take a nap or eat etc. Do you nap literally on the side of the road or do you find a parking lot/rest area?

I hurt my knee and was on crutches for 4 days at night I keep it flat I use a cane when I walk but mine is better good luck with your knee

My question they have different one some cheap and some pricy so which one do you have ? Maybe you can look into some Red Light Therapy. You can get an Infrared Wand and take it with and treat on the go. Have a great trip. I love watching all your journeys, antics and food love✨️

Loving your adventures! Question about Instant Pot: After the 1 minute cooking has finished, do you press the CANCEL button before instant release of pressure? My veges come out soggy and gross. I heard that I need to press Cancel after the cooking time and before manually releasing the pressure. Maybe this will help...???
well, you can press the cancel button, because it does automatically go on "keep warm". but, once the cooking time has finished, I immediately release the pressure and that takes less than a minute, and my food is not affected by the "keep warm", because it's hardly any time at all.

Can you put pillows under your knee when you sleep or just sit up? I have a right knee issue and I’ll find out next Friday what the issue is...maybe. But my doctor suggested sleeping on my back with a pillow or two under my knees to keep my spine flat and also to support my knee.
yes, that does feel better for me but I struggle sleeping on my back, I'm a side sleeper!!
My knee locked and they found that my Meniscus had tore and folded. One steroid shot and it's been fine for the last 3 years. It was crazy Not being able to stretch my leg. Walking with crutches and my leg bent. Crazy! I hope you're knee is better soon Lulu.

When you discipline yourself to not graze between meals, take the time to get your meal prepared, no doubt it was worth waiting for and, as you say...delish! It takes a lot of will power and dedication to do this for yourself. Hat's off, to you.
I have been toying with the idea of investing in a pressure cooker but, worried I'll not get the hang of it. I use a steamer pot, from my MIL, to eat fresh veggies, steamed. It may change.
I notice you no longer enjoy eating your meal with us. I suppose disgruntled viewers forced you to stop.
I enjoyed you eating your meal and felt we were at a restaurant, together. I can bring something of my own to eat, while you eat, if I wanted. I hope it is not the case. It is your channel and you should feel comfortable doing what you want.
