These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

So what I do is buy companies that are doing good things, executing on business plans and then short companies that are missing earnings, it’s as simple as that.

I invest with Mrs Nora too, she charges a 20% commission on profit made after every trading session and that's fair compared to the effort she puts in to make huge profits.

In my late 50's...finished 2 Bachelor's degrees, one in Radio TV Film, the other in Philosophy. No idea how to make good money using them. Well of course you can make great returns every now and then. But can you make great returns for 10 or 20 consecutive years? With sell offs and corrections and being wrong often and all that stuff? I don't think so. It's very easy to talk big if you just so happen to make great returns when one of your stocks soars. But it doesn't happen year after year for decades.

It makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. The projects that initiated the process of regulation have not been ruined, they got involved in setting guidelines and helping the regulators understand the crypto space. I’d get involved more knowing that I have made over 7 btc and 15ETH from day-trade with Liberton Corp in few weeks.

It's a tough one for Kevin, because his initial massive liquidity came from selling his software company for >100 million dollars. Once you have that kind of money it's easy for 1-5% growth to do amazing things for your portfolio. Many rich people today had massive liquidity events, or inheritance, or connections.
If I had 90 day's to make a million dollars and had nothing to begin with, I'd probably focus really hard on guessing the possible winning lottery numbers.
It's pretty straightforward, just buy a good cross section of an economy and you should do well over the long term. The market will be high in 10 to 20 years, and significantly higher in 30. It's almost impossible for a company with no debt to go bankrupt. The U.S. is about 50% of the global marketplace, Pay yourself first. It's time in the market, not timing the market. Last year I invested 200 grand in the S&P 500 etfs, blue chips/ an allocation fund (with the help of my advisor Susan Kay Mack of course) and it returned 390k, but guess what? I put it back and reinvested. Now I’m rounding up close to a million.
My method is to buy quality firms, anticipate to hold them regardless of what happens, pay up but not too much, keep track, sell only when necessary, and be ready to course correct.
I'm playing the long term game with a well diversified investment portfolio. By the way, I googled the lady you mentioned and after going through her credentials I can tell she's a pro.

Warren never tells you what to invest in. He tells you to go with what you know and understand. He tells you to buy when it is cheap. And buy big. He tells you to go long term. He tells you to hang on and not move around. He tells you that you don't have to pick so many stocks. 3) Diversify.. Invest and get passive incomes. Create income streams.
4) Learn a high pay skill -> make money from that skill -> Save a large portion -> pay off debts -> live cheap as possible to save most money -> Invest and build cash flows.

In my late 50's...finished 2 Bachelor's degrees, one in Radio TV Film, the other in Philosophy. No idea how to make good money using them. IE: Not sure what JOB ( decent/well paying job ) I can get with those degrees. In debt 54,000 for University bill, and 15,000 personal debt. Eating pb & j sandwiches 3 times a day, every day, barely making rent in cheap apartment each month...often late with it. Help.
I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

It makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. The projects that initiated the process of regulation have not been ruined, they got involved in setting guidelines and helping the regulators understand the crypto space. I’d get involved more knowing that I have made over 7 btc and 15ETH from day-trade with Liberton Corp in few weeks.

I came here to learn how to invest in crypto after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing in crypto and how he made $125,000 in 3 months from $21k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.

You don’t create wealth by diversifying. Focus on something, if you want to create wealth, diversify if you want to slowly grow.
Case in point: I have not purchased $AAPL since 2014 but with its growth it has become 1/2 my stock portfolio. I have added monthly to 19 other stocks since then but they are still eclipsed by $AAPL.

It's a tough one for Kevin, because his initial massive liquidity came from selling his software company for >100 million dollars. Once you have that kind of money it's easy for 1-5% growth to do amazing things for your portfolio. Many rich people today had massive liquidity events, or inheritance, or connections.

It's pretty straightforward, just buy a good cross section of an economy and you should do well over the long term. The market will be high in 10 to 20 years, and significantly higher in 30. It's almost impossible for a company with no debt to go bankrupt. The U.S. is about 50% of the global marketplace, Pay yourself first. It's time in the market, not timing the market. Last year I invested 200 grand in the S&P 500 etfs, blue chips/ an allocation fund (with the help of my advisor Susan Kay Mack of course) and it returned 390k, but guess what? I put it back and reinvested. Now I’m rounding up close to a million.
My method is to buy quality firms, anticipate to hold them regardless of what happens, pay up but not too much, keep track, sell only when necessary, and be ready to course correct.
I'm playing the long term game with a well diversified investment portfolio. By the way, I googled the lady you mentioned and after going through her credentials I can tell she's a pro.
