I went there for the National orchestra festival. I left March 18 and came back yesterday!! It was awesome!! I was on the 3rd floor though. I went all the way up to the top floor and my ears popped on the way down!! It was epic!!
All the Rooms on the 3rd Floor start with 300.
And the first floor rooms.
I did this three times on the last day. Scares the crap out of me every time!

I should not use the glass elevator due to acrophobia!
Maybe before the talking voices are not working because they are silent on Elevator no 12. Before they used to talk now they got a Gen2 voice replacement. Now they are replacing the alarm bell button. Now the Internal elevator voices are working now and also the glass elevator no 13.
The service elevators can be briefly seen at 3:20!
This is the best free ride in Atlanta. :)
We noticed back in 1986 for WorldCon that the Marriott's elevators 'weigh themselves' and if they're near capacity, they will simply ignore a pending call from a floor button. This proved to be kinda maddening when allll of the elevators were full and never stopping to let you on!
(Our solution was to take the stairs up or down to the ending floor of the next elevator 'zone'.)
This was a part of the marketing.

I am staying in this hotel right now! (in March 2022) I will also stay in the Westin of Atlanta.
I want to stay here one day! Unfortunately I live way up in Vermont.

There is a secret about the new York 1 is that some of the Schindler elevators have a secret 49th office only accessible by tue fire control panel in certain cars
I like these better than NY. The curvature is amazing and the elevators are Otis which is better than Schindler.

Do the service elevators have buttons for every floor?
ROC Elevators yes
Actually, the service elevators have high-rise and low-rise elevator banks too. The low-rise banks serve floors 1-25 and the high-rise goes 25-47. The 25th floor allows employees to transfer from the low-rise elevators to the high-rise elevators & vice versa, if they were to carry service from one floor to another not served by the bank serving the floor the employees start from.
