Started my own business in 1994 , and since then have been hanging in by the toenails , and trying everything I can to find investors to sell shares to . This infantile notion that all businesses are making millions , and the owners are living the life or Riley, is just so ignorant that it is beyond belief . I will gladly ' give away any percentage ' and the next day ask the new shareholder to put their home up as security for a loan so we can continue to pay salaries to previously disadvantaged.
These guys chose to start a party with a former KGB-trained MK operative. WTF did they expect would happen?? 🤣
Let all applicants that accept a position with the salary offered, sign an avadavit that they wanted this position and are satisfied with the salary and the renumeration offered. That they know their constitional right to choose the position at any place of their choice at any salary of their choice and the right to choose their own pension fund. Problem solved.
If it helps to get rid of anc, it was worth it.

In life, you have eaters and bakers.
Eaters believe there is only one cake, end if someone else gets a slice, you can't have any, or less. SO, for you to have some, you have to take it from someone else.
Bakers just bake their own cakes... But if enough is taken from them, they run out of ingredients.
The ANC are not bakers.
There is also the dignity and self worth with comes with employment, even if you are waving right to min wage, as a first step to more financially rewarding employment. We should not forget that the union income comes from fees based on % of wages so higher wages are very important to them not the well being of the people

The minimum wage is not a huge barrier to employment but the legislation making tenure almost impossible to end is scary for employers who fear being stuck with a bad fit entitled incumbent or having to resort to the ccma
How is Amazon going to cope in SA. It s employment policy is totally at odds with the anc line. Yet the gov is keen to have them here.
They have been here awhile though without much incident (compared to other big employers)
The difference is how they treat their employees and their hiring process, which takes approximately 3 - 6 months with multiple rounds of interviews. Ergo they hire people who want to be there, not who need to be there.

What I do not understand why are the people of SA have to work American,times. Our people can't even enjoy SA public holidays with their families.why?why?why? Young married couples could not spend time with their families!!!! It's heart breaking. Why are they working on American companies rules!!!

The hard truth about employment is there is no such thing as minimum wage. Force a wage and besides the fact that you cause an increase in inflation to balance the job market, you actually lower employment as people who might have had a pretty bad job, now simply have nothing and end up living in their own filth on grants.
Whether you like it or not. You aren't entitled to a job, nor are you entitled to healthcare nor are you entitled to a house. No matter what the constitution says, reality doesn't give a crap about your communist fever dream.
And here's the biggest kicker of all, keep upping minimum wage enough and guess what will happen? Well we've already seen it in the first world and I've personally seen it on some farms in SA. You simply replace the the entitled masses with robots, every day people demand minimum wage, companies find the risk of hiring a human more trouble than it's worth.
The thing about machines: They never take off, they never moan, they never put up an HR stink and they certainly never drag you into a court case over your race.
But Cosato is happy with the R350 grant and won't let people decide for them selves a decent wage ..............

Remember how much land the ANC owns from the land restitution process where WHITE FARMERS willingly sold land.
Then 90% of the claimants opted for the money! Hence the ANC owning VAST tracks of arable unused land! (wonder why they never made it compulsory there for them to keep the land!!!!)
But it worked perfectly for them because now it appears (to me at least) the general public have forgotten about both the land restitution process as well as the fact that 90% of the claimants took the money (thanks to politicians telling lies all the time - you know if you hear a lie often enough it becomes the truth!).
The ANC, EFF and MK essentially are no good for this country nor ANY of its people because they grift all the time and play with people's minds. To me - it is sick.

This does not make sense, getting signtures is very easy, we got them for other smaller parties who have no following like Jacob Zuma. MK would not struggle getting signitures. We got signitures for OHM and it is registered.
I smell a plant of the ANC to discredit MK here, forging signatures could not have been something the MK would have sanctioned because that was the easiest task for them.
Disclaimer: I am not a voter of the MK nor will I ever vote for it. Jumping to the bandwagon before the investigation is totally not fair.

The minimum wage is R27.58 per hour which translates to R4633 per month working 8 hours per day for 21 days per month. What does the IRR propose as a liveable wage for those entering the job market?
Every person has the sovereign right to decide for themselves what they are prepared to work for!

People get paid according to the value of their contributions, those who excel rapidly increase their pay irrespective of their entry wage. They get to prove their worth.
