I rode this trail from the other direction last spring, and wondered if it rode better from the west to the east, as you did it? I'm thinking that both climb/descent sections have very cool rock armored sections that would be more enjoyable to ride downhill.
gpx file to access to upload to alltrails / garmin by chance? I've read you are marking it intermediate, but are the climbs steep? and I have a Trek Marlin+ 8 . think thats ok enough for this trail. thanks in advance for your reply and thanks for posting this great video!
Such a fun loop from the shop!
I was recently recommended by Thunder Mountain bikes the Adobe Jack as a trail to begin with. It was an excellent choice and I had a great time.
Dang! We were just there and rode Adobe Jack, Jordan and Javelina, sad that we missed the others! On the list for next year.
Sweet , just added to my Trail Forks .
Nice Grom! This loop is also known as the "Full Body Workout" ...and it totally is.

We do usually prefer it from east to west because of the fast flow downhill towards Chimney Rock. But it is fun from both directions.
