'I just need to put myself first' This sentence inspired me four years ago, when I was looking for love and struggling with adolescence. I felt like partying and living the moment was the best thing to do till I realized that to be young doesn't mean necessarily you have to get high, or living like in teen movies. What I was truly searching was a purpose and more motivation in school. When I understood after teenage years there are bigger things to do, I begun to study a lot, and then I felt full , and not unsatisfied or unhappy anymore. From that time I studied a lot and now I'm very happy I graduated high school with a good score. So, to me, this song reminds me how important is to have a purpose of any kind in a certain moment ; when you are at school you should study to get high grades, when you are at work you should do that with love and motivation... not all the problems can be cured by working hard but...I promise , find a purpose in things and you won't feel empty.
