I was on hiatus watching/playing HotS for 3 month.
This made me come back. No joke.
I can see this as a confidence booster for many. I don't play, only watch a lot of various skill lvl streamers/YT's. Even so I'm pretty confident I could start out better than Mr President :D He doesn't know it, but he's a great source of inspiration and/or motivation :p

I have a friend that is gold in Overwatch and we decided to try introduce him to HOTS as a group of veteran MOBA players.
He was insanely Bad. Running into towers, forgetting where his hero is all the time and couldn't learn anything no matter how hard we tried.
Turns out he never played RTS or MOBA only FPS so for him all the mobs and heroes moving around looked like a blur, too much information.
This guy looked very similar with no awareness whatsoever, also the easiest way to win against bots is to do all the camps so it is very legit new player in my opinion.

@@mEtil5656 What confused me about Cloud tho, was that his account was a lvl 255 or something one, yet when he played Mephisto in the Part 1 vid he clearly didn't understand the character, and here he doesn't "really know" Muradin, an OG character.. So I wonder, where was those 255 account lvls spent?
@@jarlhenrik as someone who only plays once every month or so, I play in qm (known as bronze 6) And there are a lot of people who play like that, they play for a while already, but not often and have 0 clue of the game. I know a lot because of fans videos but others just don't.

Not gonna lie: I would LOVE a series were Songokublue gets some coaching by fan for, lets say 2-3 month and then goes into SL and we see how good he learned.

Watching this SonGokuBlue bot try to learn is amazingly fascinating. Such as it doesn't know how to target enemies yet, so you can see it pressing buttons randomly trying to figure out the correlation between pressing the button and positive results.

I think those ages are more mechanically adept than you think. As much as I usually abhor hyperbole, you could go way higher and lower with these.

Can you imagine the self-control? I am only a Silver wanker, I played AI with a couple of people and it feels physically impossible to not stutter or press buttons or clear waves. Can you imagine a pro to whom this is second nature, without them accidentally pulling pro moves? It would cripple them. There would be aneurysms.

It makes sense. I tell new players to start getting into QM as fast as possible to not get stuck in AI, but that is after they learn one hero and the maps. This was as Try Mode as it gets.
