- Isaac has given you a day off of work because of a painful anniversary, but will that lower his guard completely around you?
I'm really getting into the deeper story of Isaac. In the beginning, people may have seen him in one particular light, but I hope that adding these layers show he is a far more complex character! He is becoming one of my favourites to write, and his story will only get more interesting from here on out!

That is so deep that it made me tear up 🥺
When he said this, I don't know why my head just decided to think about a scenario where the listener caught the bullet for him in a hugging position. Ofc at that time, Isaac had already fell in love but never get a chance to do so. And the listener is already thanking him for giving him/her a second chance in life. Then Isaac, doesn't want them to die yet and confessed right then and there. Or it could be the other way around.

Okay hear me out: I feel like Isaac is Andrew’s ex-boyfriend. I mean, both him and Andrew’s ex were studying to become a lawyer if I remember correctly, plus he was in a literature class? Plus, he found it hard to be there on his own?? Got carried away?? And, I always wondered “huh, why didn’t Andrew just do long distance?” Maybe because Isaac is in with some shady people, and if Andrew’s twin brother is also involved in shady business, Andrew could easily be mistaken for his brother and get hurt, and Isaac doesn’t want anyone else he cares about to get hurt, as he said. Therefore, he ended the relationship and cut off all contact in order to protect him. I feel like Andrew probably never knew and still doesn’t know what Isaac does.
Of course Isaac did say he’s only ever done flings, which kind of derails my theory, but it IS just a theory after all

Illogical theories time: Blue orchids, in flower language, usually mean uniqueness, rarity and so on; but they are also the most common flower used towards funerals of children. So maybe the reason Isaac's mom took such care of the flowers was because she was always afraid something in him would die; maybe not his life, but just his innocence or his childhood. The emotion in his voice, the script, just everything was chefs kiss like I was actually crying and laughing and rooting for him throughout the audio (and the series as well). Well done Saku well done, you outdo yourself every upload and this was no exception

their relationship is so beautiful I'll never shut up. ever. the way Isaac shows his love is so pure, and there's never a point where the affection between them feels ingenuine or for clicks. his character is so thoughtfully developed. Isaac's little notes of care peppered through the audios are so beautiful. I love them so much, I can't express how much I hope they're happy together

it's been evident that he cares for his listener from the first audio, but he evolves through every single video.
I feel like part of how he expresses affection is through giving advice, which would explain how he gets more defensive or stumbles when it's reciprocated and the listener tries to help him.
their patience with one another is remarkable. I adore them both.

I’ve been anticipating the continuance of this story and finally it’s here! The complexity and ambivalence of both characters and the plot turn the whole experience into emotional rollercoaster and I am here for it. Hats off to writing and your absolutely outstanding voice acting, Saku. I wouldn’t call myself coldhearted, but in general It’s difficult to make me… uhm, feel something while reading, watching or listening to something, but boy you do know which buttons to push. Brilliant work!

I lost my mom last year in October, today I visited her grave for the first time. It was the best decision I have ever made thank you so much for making this audio. You will never know how much this has meant to me.
I genuinely love his work so much. After a depressing stressful day, I just listen to him. His voice carries the emotions so well and how the stories are always connected are so great.

Definitely felt the emotions in this episode. The scene where he was talking to his family....that got me a bit teary eyed. So much emotions there. And the kiss...was not expecting that at all. But it was so enjoyable.

The line “mom god I miss you” broke me
When he talked to his mother I lost it, I couldnt help but cry, and I wasnt expecting the kiss, I felt so bad after I was like "I AM SO SORRY SR, I DONT KNOW WHAT GOT INTO ME"
okay. this is definitely one of my favorite audios ive *EVER* listened to. the pain in issac’s voice while he was talking about his mother and father was something that really moved me (deadass crying rn while i write this).
his descriptions of his mother and father’s personality and relationship towards him was almost an exact copy of mine, so it was almost too easy to imagine my parents being gone. they aren’t, thank goodness, but this makes me want to love them a whole lot more than i do right now.
especially when he was said, “and mother… god i miss you” (16:00) and “i can hear my mother smiling,” (18:10) i was trying to hold back a sob. im much more close to my mother than my father, much like issac, and her smile is one of my favorite things about her… so let’s just say this hit a little too close to home.
and the ending- *MY GOD THE ENDING.* it was absolutely fantastic and so well done. to me, it was totally unexpected and it definitely is going to start getting things rolling pretty quickly. id say that this is a solid arc 1 ending for issac (if there were arcs lmao).

I have been following you for a while, and I must say Isaac is my fave character out of all those you offered us. The part that had the biggest impact on me is the part when he talks to his mom and breaks down. He has so much in his heart, so many feelings and thoughts to share, so many regrets, so much weight and loneliness. I recognised myself in him, as I lost my father in November 2020, in a brutal and such fast way that I couldn't process the situation. I still had so much to tell him that I didn't and I regret for not telling him those things today, but I try to stay strong and fight for him to be proud of me, like Isaac does for his mom. It's... nice and comforting to have a character that would understand you in real life. So, I wanted to thank you for bringing this amazing, complex character with such a depth that brought me to tears. Your characters are always so touching and well-built, and your own voice brings layers of emotions. I look forward to your future videos, and take care of yourself!!
