If the piston & sleeve is dry of oil the piston will slide up the sleeve a bit further than if it was coated in oil. Just thought I would mention that.

I have OS .12 max TZ 5 port. Crazy top speed runs. OS .18 is crazy low to mid power for NTC3, 2.3 HP.

Take that TZ block to a welding shop that specializes in aluminum welding. I bet they could repair it.
