(8th ave) up to 149th st... from 149th-207st above avenues also spanish harlem 4th ave,(park ave) Lexington ave 3rd ave, Madison ave, 2nd ave, 1st ave, from 110th-207st is spanish harlem (mostly puerto ricans from 110-149th, 149th-207th dominicans also spanish) 110th-56th is central park... the 1st paragraph avenues all the way down to midtown which starts in the 50th streets is considered white harlem, or Jewish harlem.. white/Jewish Harlem also goes from 56st-207st 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, riverside ave, fort Washington ave, Amsterdam ave... and then from 110th to 56th st mostly white, Jewish harlem, EAST SIDE AVENUES (broadway, 5th, 4th 3rd, 2nd, 1st avenues) then you have the LOWER EAST SIDE mostly spanish.. midtown all the way down to 1st street from 2nd ave to 12th ave mostly whites, and jews).. hope i helped u and a tourist out 😂😂😂 I said 1980s the only that has changed is most of black harlem is becoming white/Jewish Harlem except the spanish areas.. because they paid off old tenants to get out, re-build and the rent went from 800-$1200 in the 90s to $3,000-$15,000 rent and maybe more... and if u want the best haze you go to vermilia st, and ask for the VERMILIA off of 207street or dyckman street not sure of the spelling..
