I really like the Super Meat Boy box art. I love how the entire cover is taken up by Meat Boy's beaten up face, I love the logo and I love how the red carries over to the spine.

With more people buying digitally (myself included) I wonder what this means for the - potentially square-icon-centric - future of box art. I like how some of the indie games on my switch look (e.g Gris and Ape Out)
I also think the xenoblade rerelease box art is very much whatever the good version of smug is like yeah, the creators who got shafted repeatedly by studios and came back and made this acclaimed game that people had to PETITION to get released outside of nihon, and as it is only got a limited release... STILL became such a massive hit that all we have to do for the new cover is just show you the title screen. this is basically the box art ticket that Shulk getting into Smash Bros wrote.

Also to be relevant to the video, some box art I'd throw it would be Tetris Effect, pretty much any Kingdom Hearts cover, MGS2 and MGS3 covers, and finally Batman Arkham City Game of the Year just for being the beautiful mess it is. Also also, you are now required to teach Daisy how to say "HI I'M DAISY!"
