I have an IE stage 1 93 tune on my b9 rs5 and its great. Went from stage 2 tcu to stage 1 because it was wayyy too aggressive

This gets me so hyped to go from jb4 to IE. The piston issue is nothing to brush off though $$$. They claim to have updated the firmware to reduce risk of engine issues aa of November 2023. Curious how many have the issue and they STARTED on the updated firmware.
How much HP do you get from the IE flash stage 1? and what is the difference from Stage 1 to Stage 1+?
it goes from 349 hp to 427hp

The IE, bc it's a real flash, is detectable (td1) by dealership right? Jb4 can be detected if you dig but IE throws a flash code right?
Both are TD1 flaggable. Don't be mistaken.

On Audi Forums a lot of S5 owners have reported their engines blowing up after tune.

@@TheNaj Check out AudiWorld. There's a huge thread there. Looks like it happens when it's really hot outside and affects various years. Piston # 6 gets fried.
I hope the same doesn't go for the rs5...
Yeah. It's all fun and games until you get a Cylinder #6 misfire. Bye bye engine and $30K. Ask me how I know. Fuck IE. They did nothing and to this day claim no responsibility.
