@@guytech7310 Where I live, way back in the sticks, there are DOZENS of multimillion dollar contracts JUST NOW opening up, in mid-term, or just completing. Be this good or bad, we have yet to learn, but where I live, to a great extent, there is a large percentage of internal self reliance going on, meaning that much of this new construction is entirely independent of the outside world. A whole lot of really wealthy people moved into this area [or still are] where there are few rules and low taxes, and they are investing heavily, which, while it drives prices up, it tends to drive the economy here like never before. We even have some European investors putting money into the local economy here, mainly based on the highly pro-2a, super low wages, unbelievably low taxes, and nearly nonexistent regulations. We are experiencing a never-before-seen level of economic growth. That said, surely at some time it will end, I know, but, since I can so deeply undercut even the already low contractor costs locally, I will never have a problem being profitable while others are going out of business. Likely as not, in the end, I will end up one of the very last ones standing.

Awesome work clearing the land... You might want to be careful with driving that skid steer into fires like that..in the 90's I was at a brush fire and we had a company with a bobcat pushing fire lines.. he got a bit too close to the flames and melted one of his high-pressure lines and turned it into a flame thrower giving the operator 3rd-degree burns... keep up the great work!!

Hi Andrew, It is easy to tell there is some old footage here (Blue is just a pup and someone has long hair). But still a great video. When I watch you doing various things on your mountain, I often wonder where everything is in relation to the others. Like where is the gravel quarry in relation to the camp, or where you put the pond, etc. It then got me thinking; what is the size and shape of mountain property? Is it long and skinny, oval, rectangular or some peculiar shape. It would be great to see a drawing (sketch) of where everything is. Thanks. Cheers, EJ

I figured it was snowmobile video season. I saw you posted vid, it's looking like a short winter... at least in Wisconsin
You are very lucky to have Sam as a helper. She is awesome. You did a great job. Whatever is the goal.

Been watching Andrew’s videos for years and I think I saw a spark of the magic lol, pun intended. Watching work in action & then getting to observe what takes hours & days, in just a few minutes allows the vision in a truncated manner. The saying “hindsight is 20/20” becomes foresight as the “experiences” can be watched in a very short amount of time!! I’m figuring there’s a one or two word phrase for this lol.
Its funny how I would rather watch this than a multi-billion dollar sci-fi movie.
This, to me, is the life.
One day I hope to be back at this full time.
Just gotta get my machines all in top working condition first.
"multi-billion dollar sci-fi movie."
Too much wokeness in Hollywood.
@@guytech7310 aínt that the truth. There is nothing more mesmerizing than watching a fire you spent all day working to build a big pile of rubble. Oh wait, there is….having your pups there and maybe a good friend to share it with.
@@guytech7310 I'm just more interested in breaking rocks and digging holes is all.
I grew up it seems with a shovel in one hand and a wrench in the other.
I actually got in trouble for digging holes in the yard as a child.
Now I am working to build up enough heavy equipment to be doing what Andrew is doing.
@@hunnybunnysheavymetalmusic6542 FYI; The construction Boom is coming to end & probably will be dead for years: Interest rates are going up, companies are laying off, and housing sales are plummeting.
I think a lot of cheap equipment will start showing up over the next 12 to 24 months as companies go out of business & equipment is dumped.
My 3 year old insisted on watching your video. As she's seen me push over trees with my skid. Her words " you're doing a great job!" Love the videos Andrew! Have fun stay safe
Pushing trees over where i live is very dangerous . The top could break off and crush the machine operator . The little twigs Andrew is pushing over isn’t a problem 👍🇨🇦
When I see Andrew and Blasting I get excited.
I love your all your videos.I am a diesel mechanic and I am very impressed with your ability to get er done!
This is one of your best videos yet. The way you use your equipment simply amazing. I especially appreciate the drone footage it's off the chart. I can't believe your viewership is a larger, keep up the great work

The time lapse at 3:00 where Im watching andrew work and the doggos are watching with me is fantastic
Dogs seem to really be affected by loss. After Levi passed, Cody just seemed to be sad and less active. Even a little after you got Blue (like in this video) he still seemed to be a little sad. After a while it was like Cody realized he was the “big brother” and started teaching blue the ropes and seemed to be happier. Glad he has a new buddy. Oh, and I still really enjoy your videos, Andrew!
Blue never met Levi. The dogs are doing well.
@@AndrewCamarata I love your dogs, but Levi reminded me very much, of my Yellow Lab, Merlin... I miss them both.
To me... Cody seems content. You can see this earlier in the video, when Cody is laying still, and Blue is jumpy as Andrew works on the other side of a rock outcropping.
It’s a good day when camarata posts
I really loved this video. It's amazing how much work you've done. Yet the mountain still has many trees. It's beautiful.
“Watch your feet, Sam.” is the most timely, smart thing I’ve heard you say on your channel. Whooey,…that was a close one.
The bucket could have slid off the track.
@@AndrewCamarata Это говорит о твоём отношении к Сэм. 👍
Sam looks great working that big cat loader. Always awesome footage and editing. Moving a lot of dirt!
Thanks!
Thank you.
Andrew, Another excelent clearing of topsoil for blasting. I miss Levi! Perhaps do a short every year on his birthday?
Gonna be a very cool blast. Very close to your mountain top home. Tell Sam we all say Hi. She’s awesome for you!
I have been enjoying Andrew Camarata's TH-cam content for a long time and I can confidently say that his creativity and engagement level is unparalleled. His content has a distinctive style of storytelling and is always thought-provoking and enjoyable. He also puts in a lot of work to ensure his production values are top-notch. I definitely recommend his content and I'm excited to see what he has in store for us in the future! - Keep up the great work Andrew.
That was another great video. Always nice to see Samantha too.
Relation ended a few months ago.
Reading thru the comments I can't believe how many people don't realize that this was taped long ago. Sam is gone now and look at how young Blue is in the video.
I noticed this right away, I'm guessing Andrew and Sam are still friends otherwise we most likely would not see this video.
Oh, I didn’t realize Sam was gone now. However, I do know that these are recorded earlier on the topic is Sam I hope she’s not dead. I can handle broke up but not dead.
ikr.. I don't think anyone cares the girl is gone. I'm more interested in the dogs, really...
Yup and Samantha had long hair.
Whos Sam and where did he go ??
You two have such an amazing freestyle bulldozer dance routine, rarely do you see such brilliant choreography....
Nice way to spend part of winter Saturday afternoon, watching Andrew & Sam! Looks like we came full circle. Started with bare trees, then full canopy, leaves turning colors, then bare trees again! Get out your leaf blower, That'll get the fire raging! New category for Jeopardy: "Phrases you never expect to hear on Andrew...?" What is "Why aren't there any cup holders in here?"
Hello Andrew. Love your channel!!!! You are a very smart young man.
I watched your video of the isuzu trooper. I couldn't agree more
It's a awesome vehicle
So much that I was enamored that I found one and purchased it. Thought that I could ship it too you at your expense. I'm west coast and you are east. I just thought that you might want it
But yes Andrew the thing is sweet
loved the time lapse of the dozer and track loader working together to strip dirt off the site.
You purposely blasting out that rock just above where your trailer is because you are going to build your perfect mountain top get away. Using the excavated spot to build it like the quick flash on the plane ride home from Montana, your newest project. Built in mountain top right in the center of your property. Great location, if i do say. 😮😊 i cant wait to see it get started, i will be watching every video so i dont miss anything. Go for it Andrew.
I click on Andrew’s videos thinking I will watch a couple minutes but almost always end up watching the whole thing.
That was 45 minutes of enjoyment. Thanks for the vlog xx
Thanks.
Cheers, EJ
Yeah, puppy Blue and long-hair Sam is pushin 2 years old now.

The bobcat looked like some mythical beast lit up against the fire. Loved it as always, thank you 🔥😀👍

Congratulations, Andrew, you passed your Lab inspection once again!
At least the boys are were you can see them while you work. Nice to see you again thanks for the video
"Why aren't there any cup holders in this thing?!" Because Andrew is not a mere mortal, he is a machine. He doesn't require silly things like water or food to function at 110%. 🙃
Just pizza afterwards.
I think he is only man who would appreciate being called ‘machine’
Asking the important questions!
Great video as always. I saw one comment how Andrew knows how and when to fast forward sections of the video which are repetitive. Another great site is In The Woodyard with Chris. He to does a great job of fast forwarding sections of his videos. Great for the firewood fanatic like me.
Sam's skills on the track loader get better every video
What a hard-working girl, without fear of getting dirty
I get so giddy when that notification of a blasting video shows up!
Sam is really becoming a great Machine Operator. I bet she loves it. Not afraid to get her hands dirty. Glad to see her handling the big equipment. Keep it going. Great Video. Can't wait for the Rock Blasting Video. Way to go Sam.
😂oh Blue got young... wow he grew quick👍👍❤👏 hey at least they hang around now👍
Its cool to watch the shadows of the trees shifting over time in the accelerated video!
Good to see the old faithful Yanmar at work again.
Outstanding as always. Thanks for sharing and taking us along
0:35 Nice to see the branch manager and the assistant branch manager, doing some Lab testing.

super work as always and very interesting to watch. that Trooper is really nice! have a great week
Love ur videos from Saudi Arabia❤
Exciting to watch your step by step opening of the forest, with the CAT cookin' on gas, and really nice video production too.
I'd really like to see Andrew drag that old abandoned panel truck out to his shop and restore it.
The use it as a fuel, grease and other supply truck for his business.
Great work ! That panel truck is awesome! That would make a great yard art advertisement for Camarata Property Management!
I had no idea upstate New York was that rocky. Down here on Long island all we have is sand and dirt, not rocks. Strange how a state can vary greatly in just a short distance.
Yeah I loved the upstate NY Mountains, I’ve been to both places as well as NYC and they’re world’s apart. I drove a Tractor Trailer and I’d always hate leaving the NY Mountains and have to come back down to lower NY and hit the brutal traffic again, Ugh 😩. I liked Long Island a hell of a lot better than I did the City, but nothing beats the solitude of those mountains.
Probably have the glaciers at the end of the last ice age to thank for that
@@CCRider5312 Yeah and then once you get up above where Andrew is, like north of Albany, it starts to flatten back out again. New York State is a lot of different things depending where you are.
@Witch Doktr Working to his benefit though, because with his rock crusher he can harvest the rock and make his own roads with the crushed rock. In downstate New York you'd have to pay for all that to be trucked in, you'd have no choice.
Its the northern leg of the Appalachian mountains. They run from Georgia to Maine.
I am absolutely impress by Sam’s working skills!!! Total respect 🫡
A most enjoyable time lapse video! Thank you. 😁
When I first saw you pick up that tree you just knocked down on the LT 12 I couldn’t help but think how much you looked like Cody carrying a stick around
Awesome video…. Love seen the matching at work.
Amazing drone views 👌
Is there anything Sam can't do ,I'm amazed at watching her Chain sawing trees up then running a Bulldozer I am Impressed with her skills ,and how well they work together as a team , great job of stripping top soil off the Ridge the they will latter shoot to break up the blue stone .
How did you know all that rock was under the dirt? Sure miss seeing Sam working with you. She was quite the machine operator for being so young! She did a Q & A on her Utbe and had nice things to say about you.
I musta missed that part, but I know she spoke highly of her "boys" Cody & Blue

good to see yet another video from you Andrew. Looking forward to see more.
