Here is a full tour of the Laramie Cabin!
This is the largest cabin on our land.
It is two bedroom and two baths.
Total square footage is 1,450 sq. ft.
Inside is 1,050 sq. ft. and the front porch is 400 sq. ft.
The upstairs has a loft for a desk and has a nice balcony. The upstairs bedroom windows provide an amazing view! This cabin has been a great pick and would be ideal for anyone looking to experience that ‘Smokey mountains’ feeling everyday!

As a now deleted comment said “$179K for a single wide mobile home with a tall roof line ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣”
That is what we thought too until we went to see cabin in person and compared it to the mobile homes and modular homes we had looked at! We have 3 of these cabins on our property now and the quality and workmanship is superior to any manufactured home we looked at. The cabins are so warm, cozy and inviting!
